In May, a school district in Wisconsin initiated disciplinary proceedings against three male students who refused to address another student by his or her preferred pronouns. In June,<br \/>\n<a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/restoring-america\/community-family\/fairfax-schools-students-right-secret-gender\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fairfax County Public Schools<\/a><br \/>\n strengthened district policies that could see students punished for the same infraction.\n<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE TO READ MORE FROM THE WASHINGTON EXAMINER<\/a><br \/>\n<\/b>\n<\/p>\n<p>The Department of Education has proposed an updated regulation to Title IX that would drastically expand nondiscrimination protections for people who identify as transgender.
