Not yet, but I\u2019m sure they\u2019ll be discussions,\u201d Jill Biden remarked. But she suggested that he should run for office again.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou know, it is taxing,\u201d Biden added, saying, \u201cI just think he needs to keep going.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>About a month ago, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre insisted Biden would mount another presidential reelection campaign.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ll say this, we have said this before, it\u2019s like we get it, we understand what the American people are feeling at this time. This is a number one priority, inflation has been a number one priority for this president. Lowering costs has been a number one priority for this president,\u201d Jean-Pierre told ABC\u2019s \u201cThis Week\u201d in August, responding to various criticisms against the Biden administration.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe intends to run. He intends to run\u200b,\u201d Jean-Pierre then stressed.<\/p>\n<p> Health Concerns <\/p>\n<p>Since Biden took office last January, questions have swirled about his age, mental acuity, and overall health status.<\/p>\n<p>He\u2019s currently the oldest person to have become president. Biden will turn 80 years old in November, making him the first octagenarian commander-in-chief.<\/p>\n<p>In June, CNN host Don Lemon interviewed Jean-Pierre, asking: \u201cDoes the president have the stamina physically and mentally do you think to continue on even after 2024?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon, you\u2019re asking me this question. Oh my gosh, he\u2019s the president of the United States. I can\u2019t even keep up with him. We just got back from New Mexico, we just got back from California.
