Prosecutors with the DOJ, in a heavily redacted affidavit that was unsealed last month, wrote there was \u201cprobable cause\u201d to believe that allegedly classified materials remained at Mar-a-Lago and included a photo that purported to show \u201cTOP SECRET\u201d documents strewn about the floor of Trump\u2019s Florida home.<\/p>\n<p>In social media posts, Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/mkt_app\/trump-fbi-photos-of-top-secret-documents-were-a-set-up_4719201.html\">said<\/a> the \u201cTOP SECRET\u201d documents that appeared in a released photo may have been planted. The former commander-in-chief also indicated that the seized documents may have been declassified while he was still president, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/mkt_app\/trump-says-he-declassified-fbi-crossfire-hurricane-materials-in-january-2021_4673516.html\">pointing<\/a> to a memorandum that he issued declassifying some FBI Crossfire Hurricane material.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow, we don\u2019t know what\u2019s in those documents,\u201d Warner conceded, adding that \u201cit is essential that the intelligence committee leadership at least gets a briefing of the damage assessment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p> Special Master <\/p>\n<p>Among other items, Trump said FBI agents took personal and medical records, tax files, and even his passports during the raid.
