That shift, Carlson said, is due to rising crime rates nationwide over the last two years, <a class=\"Link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/restoring-america\/fairness-justice\/democrats-push-to-defund-police-caused-crime-to-spike\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">particularly in Democratic cities<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt seems likely that more than any other issue, crime, the increase in crime in the United States, is moving Hispanic voters to the right.
