She warned that the leadership of the DOJ and the FBI \u201clive a very different life than you and I do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey don\u2019t think about the same things on the level that we would think of things because they have been elevated into a state where they have lost the appreciation of impartiality,\u201d Spurgeon added, about top government officials that are the focus of the ban.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd quite frankly, they just don\u2019t care,\u201d she added.<\/p>\n<p>Public distrust of federal law enforcement agencies has trended to low levels, with 53 percent of voters agreeing with a statement that the FBI is \u201cJoe Biden\u2019s Gestapo,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rasmussenreports.com\/public_content\/politics\/public_surveys\/biden_s_gestapo_trump_raid_hurts_voter_trust_in_fbi\">according<\/a> to an Aug. 15\u201316 survey by pollster Rasmussen.\u00a0The survey of 1,000 U.S. likely voters also showed that 44 percent of respondents view the<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The United States is at risk of descending into \u201canarchy\u201d amid escalating criticism of federal law enforcement entities in the wake of the FBI\u2019s raid last month at former President Donald Trump\u2019s Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida, a\u00a0legal expert has warned.
