Barr did not elaborate on why he believes that, and he did not say whether he has any specific information that led him to such a conclusion.<\/p>\n<p>The second question, Barr said, involves whether the DOJ would indict a former president. He said hoped that the agency\u2019s currently leadership won\u2019t indict Trump due to the turmoil it could create in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt the end of the day, there\u2019s another question which is, \u2018Do you indict a former president? What will that do to the country, what kind of precedent will that set?
