To qualify, you must make below a certain amount of money each year and purchase a home in a black or Hispanic neighborhood in select American cities. White homebuyers in those neighborhoods who meet the criteria are eligible for the program, but the company admits those aren\u2019t the program\u2019s intended beneficiaries.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur Community Affordable Loan Solution will help make the dream of sustained homeownership attainable for more Black and Hispanic families, and it is part of our broader commitment to the communities that we serve,\u201d A.J. Barkley, head of neighborhood and community lending for Bank of America, said.<\/p>\n<p>So, in other words, the gigantic bank openly brags that its goal with the program is to racially discriminate.<\/p>\n<p>It is doubtful that Bank of America will begin a program like this in the predominantly white and poverty-ridden town of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/us-news\/2015\/nov\/12\/beattyville-kentucky-and-americas-poorest-towns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Beattyville, Kentucky<\/a> \u2014 despite its widespread economic ruin due to policies that shipped jobs overseas and allowed drugs to proliferate through the country.<\/p>\n<p>Yet Bank of America might be okay \u2014 legally speaking \u2014 since it doesn\u2019t exclude white people from accessing its newest version of subprime mortgages.<\/p>\n<p>The same likely cannot be said for Amazon or pharmaceutical giant Pfizer.<\/p>\n<p>The Washington Free Beacon recently reported that Amazon and Pfizer announced programs specifically for minority candidates \u2014 white people need not apply, it seems.<\/p>\n<p>Amazon is being <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/latest-news\/amazon-faces-suit-over-10k-offer-made-exclusively-to-black-latinx-and-native-american-entrepreneurs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sued<\/a> for a program that allegedly discriminates based on race. Under the company\u2019s Amazon Delivery Service Partner\u2019s diversity grant, certain races are eligible to receive thousands of dollars to become delivery partners. The plaintiff in that suit says it is \u201cpatently unlawful racial discrimination.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis means that businesses owned by blacks, Latinos, or Native Americans receive a $10,000 stipend from Amazon to become delivery service partners, while whites and Asian Americans who wish to become delivery service partners receive no such stipend and must foot the entire bill for their startup costs,\u201d the lawsuit claimed, according to The Free Beacon.<\/p>\n<p>Why? Well, a look at Critical Race Theory principles \u2014 which animate such ideas \u2014 shows that present discrimination is needed to rectify past discrimination. Thus, in a leftist worldview anyway, it\u2019s okay to exclude certain races that have been deemed non-victims.<\/p>\n<p>Pfizer is even more explicit in its racial requirements.<\/p>\n<p>The company \u2014 which recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/07\/28\/pfizer-pfe-earnings-q2-2022.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted<\/a> record profits thanks to its COVID vaccine \u2014 recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pfizer.com\/about\/careers\/breakthrough-fellowship-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announced<\/a> a \u201cfirst-of-its-kind\u201d nine-year fellowship that offers a 10-week summer internship for rising undergraduate college seniors, two years of full-time employment after undergraduate graduation, a fully paid scholarship for a master\u2019s degree, more summer internships, and post-program employment at Pfizer.<\/p>\n<p>It is probably the \u201cfirst-of-its-kind\u201d because it is only for Americans of \u201cBlack\/African American, Latino\/Hispanic and Native American descent\u201d \u2014 which experts say is against the law.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis Pfizer program is so flagrantly illegal I seriously wonder how it passed internal review by its general counsel,\u201d Adam Mortara, a top civil rights attorney, <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/latest-news\/no-whites-allowed-pfizer-fellowship-flagrantly-violates-the-law-lawyers-say\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a> The Free Beacon.<\/p>\n<p>In Minnesota, teachers unions are also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/minneapolis-public-schools-defend-anti-white-firing-practices-that-put-critical-race-theory-into-practice\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">advancing<\/a> racial discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>Under a collective bargaining agreement between the Minneapolis Federation of Teachers union and the Minneapolis Public School District, non-white teachers are considered a \u201cpopulation underrepresented among licensed teachers.\u201d That racial category means that for some reason they should be prevented from being laid off first \u2014 regardless of their educational qualifications.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement given to The Washington Times, the Minneapolis Public School District actually defended its racist policies.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTo remedy the continuing effects of past discrimination, Minneapolis Public Schools and the Minneapolis Federation of Teachers (MFT) mutually agreed to contract language that aims to support the recruitment and retention of teachers from underrepresented groups as compared to the labor market and to the community served by the school district,\u201d the district\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtontimes.com\/news\/2022\/aug\/16\/minneapolis-school-district-defends-deal-lay-white\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">told<\/a>\u00a0the D.C.-based paper.<\/p>\n<p>Americans should get used to more of these sorts of programs.<\/p>\n<p>The Biden administration has required all federal agencies to craft<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Labor Day weekend has come and gone, marking the unofficial end of the summer, but we\u2019d be remiss if we didn\u2019t focus on this past season\u2019s hottest trend: Anti-white racism under the guise of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
