nuclear fuel and\u00a0solid radioactive waste.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"speakable\">&#8220;The team closely witnessed shelling in the vicinity of the ZNPP, in particular on 3 Sept. when the team was instructed to evacuate to the ground level of the Administrative Building,&#8221; AHEAD OF IAEA MISSION REPORT ON ZAPORIZHZHIA<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Grossi\u2019s report Tuesday is the first update the international community has received on Europe\u2019s largest nuclear power plant since Russia invaded Ukraine in February.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The ZNPP has seen repeated damage caused by shelling that has hit the plant\u2019s power lines connecting it to Ukraine\u2019s electrical grid as well as its structural integrity.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>In his report, Grossi detailed several events that have &#8220;significantly compromised&#8221;
