battle among heavyweights for the home-healthcare company Signify Health Inc.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/category\/cvs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CVS is said to be in<\/a> advanced talks with a bid of around $8 billion, according to Bloomberg.<\/p>\n<p>Signify is a provider of technology and services for home health.<\/p>\n<p>The companies could <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/category\/mergers-and-acquisitions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">announce a deal<\/a> next week with a value of more than $30 a share.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/economy\/unitedhealth-amazon-cvs-health-option-care-health-bidding-signify-health\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>UNITEDHEALTH, AMAZON, CVS HEALTH, Images)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Amazon.com and UnitedHealth Group have also been interested in making a deal.<\/p>\n<p>There is still no guarantee that CVS will reach a deal for Signify, which has been exploring strategic alternatives since earlier this summer.<\/p>\n<p>Representatives for Signify and CVS declined to comment.<\/p>\n<div class=\"inline image-ct\">\n<div href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/category\/health-care\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">primary health care<\/a> provider One Medical for $18 per share, in an all-cash deal valued at about $3.9 billion.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxbusiness.com\/markets\/cvs-plans-move-primary-care-end-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>CVS PLANS TO MAKE A MOVE INTO PRIMARY CARE BY END OF 2022<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>That deal is under investigation as the Federal Trade Commission has asked for more information on the acquisition.<\/p>\n<table
