While Attorney General Merrick Garland claimed the search was \u201cnarrowly scoped,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/12\/breaking-fbi-raid-warrant-demanded-seizure-of-literally-any-record-trump-ever-saw-during-4-year-presidential-term\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">examination<\/a> of the warrant revealed Biden\u2019s stormtroopers were authorized to confiscate any documents Trump came into contact with over his four years as president. <\/p>\n<p>The raid has become the latest episode in the Democrats\u2019 years-long efforts to exploit the resources of federal law enforcement to target political opponents, from Jan. 6 demonstrators prosecuted for trespassing to supposed militiamen caught in FBI-orchestrated entrapment plots. This Laundry List Of Corruption Should Make You Think Again<\/a>]\n<p>Before officials raided his Florida home, Trump was the target of a years-long hoax to indict the president as a Russian agent, wherein deep state government operatives at the FBI relied on DNC-funded opposition research, which turned out to be junk intelligence. <\/p>\n<p>The repeat hits on political opponents, which have become normalized at the Department of Justice, have plummeted public faith in the nation\u2019s premier law enforcement agencies. According to a new Trafalgar poll out last month, a plurality of independent voters no longer trust the DOJ or the FBI, joined by a majority of black and Hispanic voters in the survey\u2019s crosstabs. <\/p>\n<h2>Cheapening Impeachment<\/h2>\n<p>Trump finished his first term in office undergoing a turbulent snap impeachment as Democrats sought to accomplish the top item on their policy agenda since 2016 with the criminal conviction of Donald Trump.<\/p>\n<p>Trump became the first president not only to be impeached twice but to be put on trial in the Senate <em>after <\/em>leaving office. <\/p>\n<p>The impeachment process must be preserved as an extreme measure to remove a democratically-elected president from office for high crimes and misdemeanors. Instead, the process during the Trump years became a political exercise among Democrats to thwart the will of the American people and obstruct the president\u2019s agenda. The Republican president\u2019s first impeachment was the product of a made-up scandal surrounding nearly $400 million in military aid withheld to Ukraine, aid which Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/ukrainian-president-blasts-u-s-for-withholding-aid-but-counters-dems-theory-its-not-about-a-quid-pro-quo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">unaware<\/a> of even being delayed. <\/p>\n<p>By February 2020, Trump was <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2020\/02\/05\/senate-majority-acquits-trump-on-all-impeachment-charges\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acquitted<\/a> of all charges. One year later, Trump was <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/02\/13\/senate-acquits-trump-for-second-time-one-year-after-first-pointless-impeachment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acquitted<\/a> again over charges of provoking the Capitol riot, which had already started before he had even finished speaking at the White House on Jan. 6. <\/p>\n<h2>Fueling Polarization<\/h2>\n<p>President Biden launched his administration with a pledge on the United States Capitol of \u201cbringing America together, uniting our people, and uniting our nation.\u201d In the same <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/speeches-remarks\/2021\/01\/20\/inaugural-address-by-president-joseph-r-biden-jr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">address<\/a>, the president wrote off half the country as white supremacists, demonizing political opponents as domestic terrorists \u201cthat we must confront and we will defeat.\u201d By Christmas, he <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/12\/22\/fake-unifier-in-chief-ends-first-year-in-office-the-same-way-he-began\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wished<\/a> the unvaccinated a Merry Christmas complete with \u201cillness and death.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Americans are more divided today than in decades, potentially in more than a century. According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vanderbilt.edu\/unity\/vanderbilt-unity-index\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vanderbilt Unity Index<\/a>, a five-point input to probe public polarization, Americans are more divided today than at any time since the index launched in 1981. <\/p>\n<p>Biden is far from the only Democrat driving down American unity, but as leader of the party, let alone president, he shares the greatest culpability in the nation\u2019s deepening divide. <\/p>\n<h2>Normalizing Political Violence<\/h2>\n<p>The damage from just the first two weeks of 2020\u2019s summer of rage cost approximately <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/02\/26\/estimates-george-floyd-riots-to-cost-66-times-more-than-capitol-damage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">66 times<\/a> that of the inflated estimates of the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. It took Democrats months, however, to begin condemning brazen political violence after the party spent 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/01\/07\/28-times-media-and-democrats-excused-or-endorsed-violence-committed-by-left-wing-activists\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">justifying<\/a> explosive riots as righteous acts of social justice. <\/p>\n<p>The normalization of political violence is a natural consequence of citizens having forgotten how to function in a healthy democracy, where violence is the end result when a significant population fails to secure its preferred political outcomes. The presidential election year in 2020 might have been an outlier in politically-motivated carnage to wreak havoc on Main Street, but the last two years have seen no absence of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.usnews.com\/news\/us\/articles\/2021-11-20\/rittenhouse-protest-in-portland-oregon-declared-a-riot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">left-wing militancy<\/a> terrorizing the public. Pregnancy centers, in particular, have been firebombed <a href=\"https:\/\/sbaprolife.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/6.15.22-Pro-Abortion-Vandalism-Violence-Interruptions-Of-Worship.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">across the country<\/a> in the aftermath of the Supreme Court decision to overturn <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em>. <\/p>\n<h2>Undermining Election Integrity<\/h2>\n<p>Biden plans to focus his speech on shaming the conservative movement as one \u201cthat does not recognize free and fair elections.\u201d But it\u2019s his administration, not the GOP, that is actively engaged in a federal takeover of elections. Using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/presidential-actions\/2021\/03\/07\/executive-order-on-promoting-access-to-voting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Order<\/a> 14019, Biden demanded all federal agencies to create voter registration campaigns, even if that means <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/04\/15-republican-secretaries-of-state-demand-biden-halt-election-takeover-plans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ignoring state election rules and regulations<\/a> and partnering with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.demos.org\/blog\/anniversary-bloody-sunday-look-president-bidens-voting-access-executive-order\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">left-wing groups<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s on top of all of the election shenanigans, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/06\/08\/former-democrat-congressman-pleads-guilty-to-rigging-elections-in-pennsylvania\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rigging<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/18\/complaint-racine-wisconsin-broke-election-law-by-sending-voting-van-to-democrat-strongholds\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">law-breaking<\/a> Democrats have routinely used to meddle in U.S. elections. Whether it\u2019s pushing <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/26\/ranked-choice-voting-failed-to-make-ballot-in-missouri-but-beware-the-left-will-keep-pushing-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ranked-choice<\/a> voting to keep their preferred candidates in office, adding practices susceptible to fraud such as widespread <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/30\/pennsylvania-abruptly-adds-mail-in-ballot-application-to-voter-registration-form-mid-election-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mail-in balloting<\/a> to elections last minute, or gladly accepting the political influence of <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/18\/montana-election-officials-conspired-to-kill-legislation-banning-zuckbucks-new-report-shows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Big Tech via Zuckbucks<\/a>, Democrats are guilty of working overtime to make sure it\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/11\/democratic-operatives-control-voter-rolls-in-31-states-report-shows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blue candidates<\/a>, not red ones, who win at the polls.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, they conspire to do \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2022\/08\/liz-cheney-2022-midterms-1235094129\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">whatever it takes<\/a>\u201d to keep Trump out of office, the sham <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/07\/01\/the-j6-show-trial-is-lying-about-election-fraud\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">January 6 Committee<\/a>, Democrats, their <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/07\/19\/nevertrumps-latest-attempt-to-dismiss-election-concerns-is-particularly-dishonest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NeverTrump allies,<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/08\/24\/media-maligned-this-florida-election-integrity-task-force-for-legally-challenging-shady-ballots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">corrupt corporate media<\/a> actively work to <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/07\/19\/nevertrumps-latest-attempt-to-dismiss-election-concerns-is-particularly-dishonest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dismiss the legitimate election integrity concerns<\/a> plaguing voters.<\/p>\n<h2>Forfeiture Of Border Sovereignty<\/h2>\n<p>Since day one, Biden sought to undermine the security of the U.S. Southern border by halting wall construction, removing protections such as the Migrant Protection Protocols (also known as the Remain in Mexico program), and explicitly scaling back ICE arrests and deportations. As a result, record numbers of illegal migrants and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/newsroom\/local-media-release\/border-patrol-agents-seize-43-million-fentanyl-along-i-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">illicit<\/a> drugs are flowing across the U.S. border with little to no scrutiny or consequence.<\/p>\n<p>Politicians and voters, both red and <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/08\/12\/dc-mayor-begs-for-national-guard-help-with-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">blue<\/a>, have warned against the dangers and strain of an unregulated flow of illegal migrants into the nation\u2019s cities. Despite these concerns, the Biden administration and border czar Kamala Harris are silent, only stepping in or piping up when they want to remove protective measures such as Title 42 or <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2022\/07\/11\/we-finally-have-a-guilty-verdict-in-the-migrant-whipping-story-but-it-isnt-border-patrol-its-the-media\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">spread lies<\/a> about Border Patrol agents whipping migrants.
