Memphis police confirm a tractor-trailer carrying Alfredo sauce spilled on I-55 near Riverside Boulevard,\u201d Kate Bieri of Fox 13 Memphis said in a tweet.<\/p>\n<p>Bieri tagged video footage of the white Alfredo sauce smeared between two bridges on the highway next to the demolished semi-trailer.<\/p>\n<p>Commuters traveling southbound were limited to one lane until clean-up crews cleared the damage from the crash.<\/p>\n<p>Memphis Police told Fox 13 that authorities transported one woman from the scene to the hospital in non-critical condition.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">You can smell it!
