Two other members fear being arrested next.<\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 24, the United States Department of Defense (DOD) Attorney\u2019s Office issued a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-dc\/pr\/five-florida-men-arrested-charges-actions-during-jan-6-capitol-breach\">press release<\/a> announcing the arrest of five Florida men \u201con charges stemming from their actions during the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.\u201d Posts of the arrests <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/mattprescott\/status\/1562582809797046274\">immediately surfaced<\/a> on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WillowNBirch\/status\/1562645487051714560\">social media<\/a>,\u00a0followed by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/justice-department\/feds-charge-members-b-squad-militia-allegedly-run-former-gop-house-can-rcna44621\">news reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> The Arrests <\/p>\n<p>According to the press release, Benjamin Cole, 38, of Leesburg, John Edward Crowley, 50, of Windermere, Brian Preller, 33, of Mount Dora, and Jonathan Rockholt, 38, of Palm Coast, Florida, were \u201ccharged with the felony offense of interfering with a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder.\u201d A fifth defendant, 20-year-old Tyler Bensch of Casselberry, was charged with the others \u201cwith the misdemeanor offenses of entering and remaining in a restricted building or grounds and disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building or grounds.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The criminal\u00a0<a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/22187418-2653f9df-378a-45da-8b46-e3e17c0cb4a6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">complaint,<\/a>\u00a0dated the same day, only identifies Preller, by name. The names of the others are redacted.<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2022\/08\/26\/JonathanRoskholtMugshot1.jpg\"><\/a> Jonathan Rockholt of Palm Coast, shown here in a 2016 mugshot, was charged with the felony offense of interfering with a law enforcement officer during a civil disorder for his alleged role in the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol.
