However, from time to time, I enjoy taking a break from what generally is a theme of doom and gloom and diving into the fascinating world of the unknown.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">There\u2019s been some recent buzz in the #ufotwitter world around some verbiage discovered in a public document from Congress that, once you dive into it, is pretty mind-blowing. But, unfortunately, like most things in this particular topical sphere, it hasn\u2019t gotten as much airtime as, say, student loan forgiveness or impending nuclear destruction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">So what had #ufo and #uap trending on Twitter this week? The insinuation that Congress believes some of the objects buzzing our military jets <em>aren\u2019t man-made<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Quite the UAP news day today. <\/p>\n<p>-Garry Nolan says whistle blowers about to pop on UFO visits to earth<br \/>-Liberation Timers reports on Elizondo\u2019s relationship with the U.S. Space Force<br \/>-Congress admits UFOs not man-made<\/p>\n<p>Much more. Stop by.<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/UFO?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#UFO<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/UAP?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#UAP<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/hACj87DVvy\">https:\/\/t.co\/hACj87DVvy<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 UAP News Center (@UAPNewsCenter) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/UAPNewsCenter\/status\/1562164114570485760?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 23, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Wait A Minute\u2026 What Now?<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The document that has alien enthusiasts on high alert is an addendum to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/congressional-report\/117th-congress\/senate-report\/132\/1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.<\/a> This document lays out the budget for clandestine and other super cool programs, for those unaware.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Within the addendum, hidden in obnoxious Pentagon-speak, is some pretty eyebrow-raising verbiage. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vice.com\/en\/article\/3adadb\/congress-admits-ufos-not-man-made-says-threats-increasing-exponentially\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">First,<\/a> let\u2019s take a look at the below:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201ccross-domain transmedium threats to the United States national security are expanding exponentially.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"subscribe\" class=\"email-signup inarticle\">\n<h4>Support Conservative Voices!<\/h4>\n<h5><strong>Sign up to receive the latest<\/strong> political news, insight, and commentary delivered directly to your inbox.<\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I know what you are thinking; what the hell is a cross-domain transmedium threat? According to the Pentagon, a cross-domain transmedium threat is something that can move from water to air to space in ways we don\u2019t understand.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">That sounds pretty terrifying but wait; there\u2019s so much more. Later in the addendum to discuss what the new UAP Pentagon Task Force should focus on is this little word salad for us to munch on:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u201cTemporary nonattributed objects, or those that are positively identified as man-made after analysis, will be passed to appropriate offices and should not be considered under the definition as unidentified aerospace-undersea phenomena.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Please take a moment to re-read it; I know I had to about four times. They had to have known that the UFO enthusiast community would find that and lose it over this sentence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Perhaps that was the point. A former Ministry of Defense official who studied UFOs for our friends across the pond, Nick Pope, had an interesting tweet lately about the recent willingness of the government to discuss UFOs.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">If elements within the U.S. intelligence community are promoting the UFO narrative, are they:<\/p>\n<p>a) believers in alien visitation;<br \/>b) using it as cover for black project tech;<br \/>c) using the UFO issue as a sandbox for testing societal influencing;<br \/>d) pursuing some other agenda?<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Nick Pope (@nickpopemod) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nickpopemod\/status\/1562851453508538369?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 25, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Now that\u2019s my kind of jam; I\u2019m not sure which option I like the best. Probably option c; that sounds like something government spooks would do.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">If you\u2019ve ever dived into the UFO enthusiast world, it can be an exciting and dark place to go. Since covering some of these UAP stories, I\u2019ve followed the #ufotwitter sphere. I can tell you there is quite an exciting dynamic of personalities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">There is also a lot of infighting between various sects of enthusiasts, which I imagine would be helpful to the intelligence community if they wanted to hide something nefarious regarding UAPs. Nothing like a little infighting diversion to keep the masses distracted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/thepoliticalinsider.com\/first-public-congressional-ufo-hearing-in-50-years-reveals-pentagon-not-interested-in-transparency\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">First Public Congressional UFO Hearing In 50 years Reveals Pentagon Not Interested In Transparency<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The Man, The Myth, The Legend<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Perhaps the person most targeted on Twitter is Pentagon bad boy Luis Elizondo. <a href=\"https:\/\/thepoliticalinsider.com\/the-truth-may-very-well-be-out-there\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mr. Elizondo<\/a> was the former head of the Pentagon Advanced Aviation Threat Identification Program (AATIP) for those needing a refresh.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">He resigned and filed an Inspector General (IG) complaint regarding his treatment at the Pentagon related to his work on AATIP. He has many admirers within the #ufotwitter sphere, mainly due to his work pushing for disclosure.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">He also has a fair amount of naysayers and a formidable Twitter foe; John Greenewald Jr. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Mr. Greenwald is the owner of The Black Vault and is well known in the community for filing thousands of FOIA requests related to the UAP subject.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Recently Mr. Greenewald released a three-hour video breaking down the IG complaint documents related to Mr. Elizondo\u2019s departure from the Pentagon. I\u2019ll be honest, I don\u2019t have three hours to kill, so I didn\u2019t watch it, but there was an interesting tweet from Mr. Elizondo and someone who appears to be a lawyer; Todd McMurty.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Surely hope you don\u2019t defame <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/LueElizondo?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@LueElizondo<\/a>. It is well documented that he was the Director of AATIP and any participation in a plan to cast doubt on that <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/TRUTH?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#TRUTH<\/a> is a knowing effort to defame and sow disinformation. It\u2019s legally actionable.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Todd McMurtry (@todd_mcmurtry) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/todd_mcmurtry\/status\/1560334673582215168?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 18, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Could it be that Mr. Elizondo plans to fight back against those who claim he is not who he says he is? The infighting and snarky quips lose their humor after a while.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">However, I think it is encouraging that so many people are fascinated by the unknown and curious about what is out there. Likewise, the Galileo Project headed by scientist Avi Loeb and, of course, you got the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) crew who actively track down close encounters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Even Fox News has gotten in on the UFO action, releasing on their streaming platform \u201cAlien Abductions with Abby Hornacek.\u201d Trust me; it\u2019s worth watching if only to see Ms. Hornacek\u2019s facial expressions throughout the episodes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The truth is out there. Maybe it\u2019s out there in the night sky. Perhaps it\u2019s hidden in complicated bureaucratic jargon.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">But I don\u2019t think we\u2019ll find it if we bicker about this or that on Twitter.
