Mayor Muriel Bowser announced that the city will have no alternative education options available for unvaccinated students.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>During a press conference on Thursday, Bowser admitted that schools in the nation\u2019s capital will not have implement schooling options for students who do not have the jab. This includes no virtual learning option.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Over the past year and a half, we have seen that COVID-19 vaccines work. During the press conference, Mayor Bowser was asked how she could justify a rule that would disproportionally impact black students.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">I asked D.C. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MayorBowser?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@MayorBowser<\/a> how she could justify forcing 40% of unvaccinated black students to stay home from school.
