Former Obama adviser Jason Furman <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/biden-administration\/jason-furman-student-loans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">called<\/a> it &#8220;reckless&#8221; and &#8220;indefensible.&#8221; Legal experts echoed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi&#8217;s (D., Calif.) assessment that Biden lacks the authority to forgive student loans without an act of Congress.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking at the White House on Wednesday, the president touted the &#8220;cumalidefasredsulc&#8221; benefits of debt forgiveness and kept coughing directly into his hand in blatant violation of accepted health and safety protocols.
