The administration has spent months debating the subject of student loan cancellation and officials vowed a decision would come before the end of August.<\/p>\n<p>While the White House has not confirmed official details of Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/08\/23\/barr-student-loan-forgiveness-biden-midterms\/\">plan<\/a>, NBC News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/biden-nears-decision-student-loan-cancelation-moratorium-extension-rcna44418\">reported<\/a> Tuesday that he will likely announce a $10,000 student loan forgiveness for individuals making less than $125,000 a year. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Democratic Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, for example, have pushed Biden to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/07\/29\/miscalculation-cost-doe-nearly-200-billion-student-loans\/\">cancel<\/a> upwards of $50,000 in student loan debt. Meanwhile, more left-wing lawmakers like Independent Vermont Sen.
