The documents, which the DOJ claims were classified, contained \u201cspecial access program materials,\u201d some of the most classified documents, according to the letter.<\/p>\n<p>Trump has maintained he declassified the documents.<\/p>\n<p>Then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su had multiple conversations with the FBI, DOJ and NARA after the initial return of boxes from Mar-a-Lago, <a href=\"https:\/\/justthenews.com\/politics-policy\/all-things-trump\/biden-white-house-facilitated-dojs-criminal-probe-against-trump\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according<\/a> to Just the News. The White House\u2019s actions effectively eliminated a legal defense for former President Trump and allowed the FBI and DOJ to review the materials.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Biden White House is at the ignition point of this investigation,\u201d John Solomon, editor-in-chief of Just the News and author of the report, told Fox News host Sean Hannity, saying the White House was acting long before the controversial FBI <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/08\/08\/donald-trump-statement-fbi-raid-mar-a-lago-florida\/\">raid<\/a> on Mar-a-Lago.
