His girlfriend, Courtney Clenney, was found with Obumseli. Last month, the model was arrested and charged with second-degree <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/topic\/murder\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">murder<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Authorities in an affidavit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eonline.com\/news\/1342507\/inside-the-polarizing-murder-case-against-onlyfans-model-courtney-clenney\">obtained<\/a> by E News! said the couple was involved with\u00a0\u201cmultiple incidents of domestic violence\u201d\u00a0since November 2020, and it was Clenney who escalated the fatal fight in April.<\/p>\n<p>The model\u2019s defense team has claimed Clenney was acting in self-defense, and was choked on the night of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cObumseli attacked her and choked her that evening; Courtney had no choice but to meet force with force,\u201d attorney Frank\u00a0Prieto said.<\/p>\n<p>Clenney was reportedly arrested in Las Vegas in July 2021, on suspicion of domestic battery against Obumseli. She said her boyfriend did not hurt her and copped to throwing a glass in\u00a0Obumseli\u2019s direction, and\u00a0having in the past thrown objects at him, court records <a href=\"https:\/\/news3lv.com\/news\/local\/internet-model-accused-of-killing-boyfriend-once-arrested-for-las-vegas-domestic-battery-courtney-clenney-onlyfans-christian-toby-obumseli-miami-florida\">show<\/a>.\u00a0The case was eventually dropped.<\/p>\n<p>The couple\u2019s routine disturbances reportedly upset folks at a condo they were staying at, and management was \u201cmoving toward legal action\u201d to evict them, according to an affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>Weeks before the incident, Clenney boasted on a podcast (released April 8), that she only dates \u201crich black guys.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet me clarify: I only date rich black guys,\u201d she said on the \u201cWe in Miami\u201d podcast.<\/p>\n<p>Clenney further boasted of bringing in six-figures each month via OnlyFans, a subscription site known for hosting sexual content. \u201cIt\u2019s not too bad,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m grateful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/08\/19\/onlyfans-model-courtney-clenneys-request-to-keep-evidence-secret-in-murder-case-opposed-by-prosecutors\/\">According<\/a> to the New York Post,\u00a0Florida prosecutors on Friday objected to\u00a0Clenney\u2019s request to\u00a0keep evidence private in the case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s been the defense that has been frankly keeping this case within media attention,\u201d prosecution said. \u201cMr. Obumseli was dead for five days and the defense was making statements to the media both in print and on television and local news.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/onlyfans-model-charged-with-stabbing-boyfriend-to-death-authorities-release-elevator-footage\">The Daily Wire<\/a>, the Florida State Attorney\u2019s Office this month released elevator surveillance footage of Clenney and Obumseli about a month before the fatal incident.<\/p>\n<p>In the footage, both\u00a0Clenney and\u00a0Obumseli put their hands on each other. Clenney, in the clip provided, starts the physical altercation inside the elevator.<\/p>\n<p>Clenney\u2019s defense team says there is more to the short video clip and that Obumseli would typically abuse the model in private.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Video just released.
