The greatest Witch Hunt in USA history has been going on for six years, with no consequences to the scammers. It should not be allowed to continue!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Under the Fourth Amendment, only search warrants that are \u201creasonable\u201d are legal. It also requires that search warrants be justified by \u201cprobable cause\u201d that is \u201csupported by oath or affirmation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The search warrant, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/mkt_app\/judge-unseals-mar-a-lago-raid-warrant-reveals-why-fbi-is-investigating-trump_4661031.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unsealed<\/a> on Aug. 12, showed that the Department of Justice (DOJ) was investigating Trump for potential breaches of three U.S. laws relating to the handling of certain records, including defense information and records relating to federal investigations. An inventory list, also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/fbi-found-classified-documents-at-trumps-residence-inventory-shows_4661064.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unsealed<\/a> on Aug. 12, showed that FBI agents took 11 sets of documents variously described as classified, top secret, secret, and confidential.<\/p>\n<p>The affidavit filed in support of the search warrant application, which contains the DOJ\u2019s case for probable cause, is currently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.courtlistener.com\/docket\/64872441\/united-states-v-sealed-search-warrant\/\">sealed<\/a>.
