There are no credible news reports to support the claim and no such memo appears on the WEF\u2019s official website or its verified social media pages.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Fact Check:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Great Reset is an initiative focused on improving health, energy, education and global relations amid the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/great-reset\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WEF<\/a> website. The initiative has been the subject of numerous online conspiracy theories, namely, that it is \u201ca strategic part of a grand conspiracy by the global elite, who somehow planned and managed the COVID-19 pandemic,\u201d according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/blogs-trending-57532368\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">BBC News<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Now, an image shared on Facebook claims the WEF issued a memo detailing an 18-month review of the Great Reset\u2019s \u201cPhase I solutions.\u201d The purported memo features the WEF\u2019s official logo and names it a \u201cConfidential Release\u201d to be shared with its \u201cTier 3 Audience Only,\u201d although a later note seems to contradict the prior instructions, indicating that the \u201cUrgent Memo\u201d is to be \u201cdisseminated immediately to all regions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn 8\/12\/22 The Special Commission concluded their 18-month review of Great Reset Phase I solutions. A summary of recommendations below.\u201d reads the image\u2019s text. The memo then outlines recommendations on currency, special operations and the elimination of world debt.<\/p>\n<p>The image is fabricated.
