Dunn, who founded the <a href=\"https:\/\/skdknick.com\/our-work\/\">SKDK<\/a> in 2004, is recused from working on issues related to past clients, a spokesman for the White House told the Daily Caller News Foundation. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/07\/01\/biden-sued-ethics-education-department\/\">(RELATED: EXCLUSIVE: Biden Admin Sued For Keeping Top Officials\u2019 Ethics Waivers A Secret)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBoth White House ethics officials and OGE reviewed and certified Ms. Dunn\u2019s financial disclosure report (OGE Form 278), and, as is customary for all new employees, she has received rigorous counseling regarding her recusal obligations,\u201d said White House spokesman Chris Meagher. \u201cIn addition to statutory\/regulatory requirements, she is recused under the Ethics Pledge from participating in any particular matters involving SKDK and any clients that she worked for in the previous two years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>One of Dunn\u2019s clients, Pfizer, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/business\/healthcare-pharmaceuticals\/pfizer-signs-32-bln-deal-with-us-government-covid-vaccine-doses-2022-06-29\/\">inked<\/a> a $3.2 billion COVID-19 vaccine deal with the Biden administration in June to deliver 105 million doses this Fall. The company, along with others, has been at the forefront of the vaccine rollout effort during the Trump and Biden administrations.<\/p>\n<p>Dunn also had AT&#038;T as a client. The company notably spent thousands lobbying for Biden\u2019s bipartisan infrastructure package, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opensecrets.org\/federal-lobbying\/clients\/bills?bid=hr3684-117&#038;id=d000000076&#038;year=2021\">filings<\/a> show, which President Joe Biden signed in November 2021, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fiercetelecom.com\/telecom\/broadband-gets-65-billion-u-s-infrastructure-bill-here-s-what-happens-next\">delivered<\/a> $65 billion for domestic broadband.<\/p>\n<div id=\"rev-more-content\">\n<p>\u201cAT&#038;T commends the Administration and Congress for paving the way for universal connectivity to unserved areas, making broadband affordable for low-income households, and providing more resources for digital equity and adoption,\u201d the company\u2019s CEO John Stankey said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.attconnects.com\/att-statement-on-passing-of-bipartisan-infrastructure-bill\/\">statement<\/a> upon the package being signed.<\/p>\n<p>Micron stands to likely benefit from the CHIPS Plus Act, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/08\/09\/biden-to-sign-chips-act-china-competition-bill.html\">legislation<\/a> Biden signed into law Tuesday. The CHIPS Plus Act allocates $52 billion in subsidies for domestic chip manufacturing. The same day Biden signed the bill, Micron announced plans to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2022\/08\/09\/micron-to-invest-40-billion-in-us-chip-manufacturing.html\">invest<\/a> $40 million into U.S. chip manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the anticipated grants and credits made possible by the CHIPS and Science Act, this investment will enable the world\u2019s most advanced memory manufacturing in America,\u201d Micron, which Meagher told the DCNF was briefed on Dunn\u2019s recusals, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fierceelectronics.com\/sensors\/micron-plans-40b-memory-manufacturing-heels-chips-act-passage\">said<\/a> in a statement released the day Biden signed the bill.<\/p>\n<p>The American Clean Power Association (ACPA), a renewable energy trade group, <a href=\"https:\/\/cleanpower.org\/news\/acp-ceo-heather-zichal-statement-on-house-passage-of-historic-inflation-reduction-act\/\">notably<\/a> applauded the senate\u2019s passage of the Democrat-led \u201cInflation Reduction Act\u201d (IRA) which allocates $370 billion toward green energy initiatives. The ACPA\u2019s CEO called the Inflation Reduction Act a \u201chistoric moment\u201d Friday and said it was \u201cgrateful\u201d of the White House and Congress for pushing the bill.<\/p>\n<p>The IRA slates $60 billion in subsidies for clean energy manufacturing and nearly $280 billion in clean energy tax incentives. (Photo by Chip Somodevilla\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Dunn, who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/anita-dunn-white-house-returning\/\">came<\/a> on full-time as a White House adviser in April after serving as a temporary employee,\u00a0has earned over $738,000 in the last two and a half years from her time at SKDK, according to the disclosure. It is unclear what specific issues she was consulting the groups on.<\/p>\n<p>Dunn\u2019s financial disclosure also showed an investment portfolio worth between $16.8 million and $48.2 million.\u00a0However, she is divesting the portfolio to avoid any conflicts of interest, said Meagher.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMs. Dunn\u2019s financial holdings were managed by an outside investment manager and pre-date her current position,\u201d Meagher told the DCNF. \u201cNow that she is a full-time White House employee, she has the appropriate recusals in place and will follow all applicable divestiture requirements.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Content created by The Daily Caller News Foundation is available without charge to any eligible news publisher that can provide a large audience.
