I was throwing myself into work to deny my depression, and how upset I was. Unfortunately, the character was so depressed that it wasn\u2019t helping me! I was really, really, really struggling. A lot of tears.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Cuoco said that she started going to therapy at the start of shooting season two, \u201cjust because I was going through so much.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt was horrible,\u201d she revealed. \u201cAnd I developed a stress rash that ran all the way down my body for three straight months that wouldn\u2019t go away. I literally, like, had fire on my leg for three months. I could barely walk.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Big Bang Theory\u201d actress told Variety she\u2019s been open about seeking therapy \u00a0because she \u201cwanted people to know that things just aren\u2019t always what they seem. And things aren\u2019t always so perfect.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The TV star even staged an intervention for herself so she could ask for help, she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne month in, I had an intervention on\u00a0<em>myself<\/em>\u00a0in my trailer \u2014 all my producers were in there,\u201d she recalled. \u201cAnd I said, \u2018I need help.\u2019 It was interesting to say that out loud. And to have everyone be like, \u2018Yes, we want to help!&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m a working woman, and so independent, and I really take pride in being able to do\u00a0<em>everything<\/em>,\u201d Cuoco added.\u00a0\u201cWell, this time, I literally couldn\u2019t.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Things got so bad, Cuoco also asked her \u201cFlight Attendant\u201d co-star Zosia Mamet to move into her home.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI really needed someone with me. I was really losing my mind. And then so many of these scenes were so hard to do because they were so hateful, so sad, and so dark, and there wasn\u2019t a lot of levity,\u201d she said. \u201cLike, it was the loneliest I\u2019ve ever felt, and I am not really someone to share that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Cuoco told\u00a0Glamour magazine she was done with the institution of marriage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will never get married again,\u201d she said, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/superstar-actress-answers-whether-she-will-ever-get-married-again-after-second-time-ends-in-divorce\">The Daily Wire<\/a> reported. \u201cAbsolutely not. You can literally put that on the cover.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would love to have a long-lasting relationship or a partnership,\u201d Cuoco added. \u201cI believe in love because I\u2019ve had incredible relationships. I know that they\u2019re out there.
