They make their own money, take care of their own health and wellness, and care for their families.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI want to see people begin to own that once again, because I think it\u2019s probably the epitome of the American dream, but I also think it\u2019s the epitome of humanity,\u201d he said. \u201cIf we lose the ability to take care of ourselves \u2026 we\u2019ve lost the ability to even self-govern, and therefore, we become governed and we lose our rights, and rights become privileges.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Doctors in the mainstream medical system are trained to do the \u201cbidding\u201d of corporations to supply patients with drugs, Sherwood said, and when the U.S. government got involved and promoted the idea of a food pyramid, Sherwood said things became even worse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo Big Food, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/t-big-pharma\">Big Pharma<\/a>, and Big Medicine got together,\u201d he said. \u201cI call it a marriage made in hell. \u2018Food and Drug Administration.\u2019 It doesn\u2019t work.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rates of disease keep rising, and every year, 600,000 people die of heart disease and another 600,000 die from cancer, Sherwood said.
