This blatant politicization of the federal justice system is a dangerous escalation without precedent, and incompatible with the United States Constitution,\u201d the letter said.<\/p>\n<div id=\"rev-more-content\">\n<p><a title=\"View Garland Open Letter on Scribd\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/document\/587151425\/Garland-Open-Letter#from_embed\">Garland Open Letter<\/a> by <a title=\"View Sarah Weaver&#039;s profile on Scribd\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scribd.com\/user\/621875648\/Sarah-Weaver#from_embed\">Sarah Weaver<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAccordingly, we, the undersigned hereby demand that you immediately make public all underlying information relied upon or referenced in both the warrants executed against former President Trump and Congressman Perry this week,\u201d the letter concluded.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/08\/08\/donald-trump-statement-fbi-raid-mar-a-lago-florida\/\">raided<\/a> Trump\u2019s home in Florida last week, in an <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.ph\/ZVX38#selection-1319.106-1378.0\">apparent effort<\/a> to retrieve classified documents the former president had allegedly taken with him when he left the White House. The FBI obtained 11 sets of classified documents from Trump\u2019s house, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/08\/12\/fbi-agents-11-classified-documents-mar-a-lago-raid-trump\/\">documents obtained by the Daily Caller<\/a> Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Garland, in a press conference Thursday, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/08\/11\/garland-fbi-raid-trump\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">announced<\/a> that he had \u201cpersonally approved\u201d the decision to obtain a warrant. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/08\/14\/adam-schiff-fbi-trump-raid-documents\/\">(RELATED:\u00a0\u2018I Don\u2019t Know\u2019: Schiff Can\u2019t Explain Why DoJ Took So Long To Retrieve Documents From Trump)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/08\/09\/scott-perry-federal-bureau-of-investigaiton-fbi-cell-phone-seized\/\">FBI seized Republican Rep.
