However, Trump has said that the documents were \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/trump-all-mar-a-lago-materials-were-declassified_4661231.html\">all declassified<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The warrant said the FBI was investigating the former president for possible violation of three different laws. One of the laws, which falls under the Espionage Act, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.law.cornell.edu\/uscode\/text\/18\/793\">prohibits<\/a> a broad range of actions regarding sensitive government records, including gathering, transmitting, or losing information related to national defense.<\/p>\n<p>Republican lawmakers on the House Intelligence Committee, including House GOP Conference Chairwoman Rep.
