Christina Bobb, an attorney for Trump, said agents were searching for presidential records and classified material that he allegedly moved improperly, the outlet reported.<\/p>\n<div id=\"rev-more-content\">\n<p>The Facebook image features a screen grab of an Instagram post that shows a screenshot of a tweet that claims a leaked call between Biden and the head of the FBI \u201cproves the raid on Mar-a-Lago was unlawful.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBREAKING: A call between the head of the FBI and Biden has been leaked which proves the raid on Mar-a-Lago was unlawful,\u201d reads part of the post, which goes on to allege the Instagram account <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/red.wave1776\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@red.wave1776<\/a> has the leaked call. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2022\/06\/17\/fact-check-joe-biden-gas-checks\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Did Joe Biden Announce That All Americans Will Receive \u2018Gas Checks\u2019?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There is no evidence such a call was leaked. If it had, media outlets would have covered it, yet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=leaked+call+biden+and+fbi&#038;source=lnms&#038;tbm=nws&#038;sa=X&#038;ved=2ahUKEwigp4vS9b75AhVELEQIHZniDGAQ_AUoAXoECAEQAw&#038;biw=1440&#038;bih=821&#038;dpr=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">none have<\/a>. Check Your Fact looked through the @red.wave1776 account, which can only be viewed by following the account, and did not find any evidence of a leaked call between Biden and the FBI.<\/p>\n<p>White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said that Biden had no prior knowledge of the raid, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-08-09\/biden-learned-of-trump-raid-from-media-reports-white-house-says\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bloomberg<\/a>. White House aides and officials learned about the raid from news reports and Trump\u2019s announcement, according to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/live\/2022\/08\/08\/us\/trump-fbi-raid\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The New York Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s son Eric, however, claimed that Biden did know about the raid and \u201csigned off\u201d on it, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/joe-biden-absolutely-signed-off-fbi-raid-eric-trump-says-mar-lago-1732374\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Newsweek<\/a>. \u201cI know the White House as well as anyone, I spent a lot of time there, I know the system, this did not happen without Joe Biden\u2019s explicit approval. The White House approved of this,\u201d said the younger Trump.<\/p>\n<p>The FBI declined to comment when asked about the viral claim.
