The majority of Americans view the protests outside justices homes as a threat to democracy and think Garland should enforce the law prohibiting them, JCN polling <a href=\"https:\/\/judicialnetwork.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/SCOTUS-Omnibus-Memo-July-2022.pdf\"><span class=\"s1\">found<\/span><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cMerrick Garland has consistently bowed to the radical left\u2019s agenda, whether it\u2019s calling concerned parents \u2018domestic terrorists\u2019 or suing states for protecting the unborn,\u201d JCN President Carrie Severino said in a statement. \u201cWhat the Attorney General is clearly not doing is enforcing a federal law designed to protect judges at their homes, as mobs of protestors continue to harass six of the Court\u2019s justices at their homes, even after the attempted assassination of Brett Kavanaugh.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/07\/28\/roske-supreme-court-kavanuagh-justices-fbi\/\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>(RELATED: More Justices Were On The Kill List For Man Arrested In Kavanaugh\u2019s Attempted Murder, Says FBI)<\/b><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p class=\"p1\">The first advertisement in the series highlights the twelve-year professional relationship between Garland and Kavanaugh and Garland\u2019s failure to crack down on illegal protests outside his home and the homes of other conservative justices, even after an armed man arrested near Kavanaugh\u2019s home <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/08\/brett-kavanaugh-man-gun-maryland-supreme-court-roe-v-wade-dobbs-v-jackson-womens-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">confessed<\/a> to attempted murder. The ad will air in the Washington, D.C. area.<\/p>\n<p>Protesters have gathered outside the personal homes of conservative Supreme Court justices since a May 2 <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/02\/supreme-court-overturn-roe-v-wade-dobbs-jackson-womens-health-abortion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">leaked<\/a> draft opinion revealed their preliminary decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, which was made <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/24\/roe-v-wade-overturned-supreme-court-dobbs-v-jackson-womens-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">official<\/a> June 23.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cMerrick Garland is the attorney general. He should uphold the rule of law, protect his former colleagues \u2014 and the Court.
