The nonprofit is asking for a wide variety of information related to those who had financial relationships with Hunter Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/07\/06\/james-comer-questions-whether-joe-biden-is-compromised-through-familys-business-dealings\/\">and<\/a> James Biden in connection with <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/24\/joe-hunter-biden-burisma-amos-hochstein-naftogaz-ukraine\/\">their<\/a> business dealings overseas, White House visits by them both and also then-vice president Biden\u2019s communications with Hunter and James. <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/08\/08\/brian-stelter-hunter-biden-laptop-right-wing-disinformation-campaign\/\"><strong>(RELATED: \u2018Not Just A Right-Wing Media Story\u2019: Brian Stelter Questions Hunter Biden\u2019s Brewing Allegations)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAmerica First Legal will use every resource at our disposal to oppose and ultimately overcome this lawless, autocratic, malicious third world corruption,\u201d Stephen Miller, president of AFL and a former senior adviser for former President Donald Trump, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. \u201cCivilization is on the line.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The DOJ\u2019s probe into Hunter Biden\u2019s domestic and foreign dealings has reached a \u201ccritical juncture,\u201d CNN <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2022\/07\/20\/politics\/hunter-biden-investigation-critical-juncture\/index.html\">reported<\/a> in July. The investigation, which is being conducted by Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss and was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2020\/12\/09\/politics\/hunter-biden-tax-investigtation\/index.html\">launched<\/a> as early as 2018, is now centered around the Biden son\u2019s alleged tax and foreign lobbying violations and alleged involvement <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/03\/29\/hunter-bidens-involvement-in-firearm-incident-raises-important-legal-questions\/\">in<\/a> a 2018 gun incident.<\/p>\n<p>AFL is notably asking NARA for all communications between Joe Biden and Hunter Biden through the Biden son\u2019s email <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/04\/23\/wikipedia-deletes-entry-for-hunter-biden-firm-rosemont-seneca-partners\/\">for<\/a> Rosemont Seneca Partners \u2014 an investment firm he co-founded. (Photo by DNCC via Getty Images) (Photo by Handout\/DNCC via Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Archer, who served on the board of Burisma Holdings with Hunter Biden, was <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/01\/hunter-biden-joe-biden-devon-archer-fraud-sentence-year-prison\/\">sentenced<\/a> to roughly one year in prison in May after defrauding the Oglala Sioux tribe of around $60 million, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/sites\/default\/files\/briefs\/2021\/11\/02\/archer_final.pdf\">according<\/a> to court documents. Jianming and Ho were involved with CEFC China Energy, a now-defunct Chinese conglomerate that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2022\/03\/30\/hunter-biden-china-laptop\/\">paid<\/a> $4.8 million to entities managed by Hunter Biden and James Biden, The Washington Post reported.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe American people deserve answers about Joe Biden\u2019s use of his office while serving as Vice President to advance the financial and other interests of his family,\u201d said AFL Vice President and General Counsel Gene Hamilton, who served in Trump\u2019s Justice Department (DOJ) and Department of Homeland Security.<\/p>\n<p>The DOJ did not respond to a request for comment, nor did a lawyer for Hunter Biden or the White House.
