Walking a fine line, I guess is what I\u2019m saying, to try to get her elected.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Emma Ashlock, Murkowski Campaign Coordinator: \u201cWhile we were working on Ballot Measure 2 and voting for Ballot Measure 2, we had Senator Murkowski in mind the whole time.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ashlock: \u201cI think she [Sen. Murkowski] technically stayed neutral [on Ballot Measure 2], but like, behind the scenes\u2026\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Ashlock: \u201cI know a lot of people who were working on Ballot Measure 2 \u2026 have worked for Senator Murkowski.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n[ANCHORAGE, ALASKA \u2013 Aug. 10, 2022] Project Veritas Action released a new video today exposing two paid staff members for Senator Lisa Murkowski\u2019s re-election campaign in Alaska.<\/p>\n<p>In the video, Josiah Nash, who works as the campaign\u2019s Interior Coordinator, is recorded admitting that while Sen. Murkowski was publicly neutral, she secretly supported the implementation of a ranked voting system in Alaska because that is her route to victory.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe stayed quiet and honestly it was probably best she stayed quiet on that,\u201d Nash said, adding that \u201cshe supports it, yeah.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou\u2019re not going to see the campaign come out and necessarily support progressive things. I mean, behind closed doors we\u2019ll have talks\u2026\u201d Nash continued. \u201cWe\u2019re being strategic with our messaging. Walking a fine line, I guess is what I\u2019m saying, to try to get her elected,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Nash suggests Measure 2 was not honestly presented to Alaskans and helps progressive candidates.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey framed it [Ballot Measure 2] basically, you know, \u2018This gives you more choice\u2019 \u2014 \u2018This makes it so we have better candidates.\u2019 And I think it helps progressive candidates\u2026If it was [called] a progressive measure, it wouldn\u2019t really work,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Another paid Murkowski campaign official, Emma Ashlock, echoed Nash\u2019s comments; admitting on camera that Ballot Measure 2 secretly benefited Sen. Murkowski and that several people who currently work in the Murkowski campaign were previously involved in passing Ballot Measure 2. One of those people is Shea Siegert, Murkowski\u2019s Comms Director.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI know a lot of people who were working on Ballot Measure 2. I don\u2019t think Shea has ever worked for Senator Murkowski [before], but I know a lot of other people who worked on that have worked for Senator Murkowski,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhile we were working on Ballot Measure 2 and voting for Ballot Measure 2, we had Senator Murkowski in mind the whole time,\u201d Ashlock said.<\/p>\n<p>Nash echoed a similar sentiment, \u201cBetween you and me, Ballot Measure 2 [Ranked Voting System] was actually created \u2014 I think it was created for two reasons. Number one, it was created because there were people in this state who wanted to see a better system, but they also wanted Lisa [Murkowski] to get re-elected.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ashlock also suggested that Murkowski, a Republican, benefits from Democrats voting in the primary.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom our data guys, Tyler and Roman, they say the race is gonna come down to Kelly Tshibaka and Senator Murkowski. So, anyone who votes for Pat Chesbro first and ranks Senator Murkowski second, that vote is gonna become a vote for Senator Murkowski\u2026 Every single Pat Chesbro voter who ranks Senator Murkowski second, we get their votes. If we can get people to do that, then we have it in the bag,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI think she [Sen. Murkowski] technically stayed neutral [on Ballot Measure 2], but like, behind the scenes\u2026\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s amazing what this woman will do to keep getting reelected in Alaska. When she lost the primary years ago she ran write-in campaign as a third party and managed to win.<\/p>\n<p>Now that she\u2019s got stiff competition from Kelly Tshibaka, she and her acolytes have created a new system just to get her reelected.<span id=\"ezoic-pub-ad-placeholder-173\" class=\"ezoic-adpicker-ad\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Not only is she the worst Republican in the Senate, she\u2019s corrupt as hell.
