What we are looking for is to avoid a security and danger situation with a potential accident in the ring.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sulaim\u00e1n stated, \u201cIt is something that definitely has to be addressed, to have a formal position on the part of boxing. \u2026 You can get into a confusion in the sense of wanting to divert from the subject. It\u2019s not boxing-medical, but equality-discrimination, that\u2019s why we\u2019re going to address the issue with all the responsibility and care it requires.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are medical studies, specific issues and it will be on the agenda of the next convention,\u201d Sulaim\u00e1n insisted. \u201cOur position regarding women\u2019s boxing is absolute and total protection. In no way are they going to change the conditions for women\u2019s fights. \u2026 Dealing with such a delicate issue where a woman possibly participates in a fight, there must be a total and absolute regulation. The body, the skeleton of a man and a woman are different, there are many issues, everything is complicated and delicate.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Podcast host Joe Rogan, who won the US Open Championship taekwondo tournament as a lightweight when he was 19 and later served as color commentator for the UFC, harshly criticized transgender MMA fighter Fallon Fox in 2013, <a href=\"https:\/\/fansided.com\/2013\/03\/18\/joe-rogan-on-transgender-fighter-fallon-fox-you-cant-fight-women\/\">snapping<\/a>, \u201cShe calls herself a woman but\u2026 I tend to disagree. And, uh, she, um\u2026 she used to be a man but now she has had, she\u2019s a transgender which is [the] official term that means you\u2019ve gone through it, right? And she wants to be able to fight women in MMA. I say no f***ing way. I say if you had a d*** at one point in time, you also have all the bone structure that comes with having a dick. You have bigger hands, you have bigger shoulder joints. You\u2019re a f***ing man. That\u2019s a man, OK? You can\u2019t have\u2026 that\u2019s\u2026 I don\u2019t care if you don\u2019t have a d*** any more\u2026<em>\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Rogan continued:<\/p>\n<p><em>You can\u2019t fight women. That\u2019s f***ing crazy. I don\u2019t know why she thinks that she\u2019s going to be able to do that. If you want to be a woman in the bedroom and you know you want to play house and all of that other s***and you feel like you have, your body is really a woman\u2019s body trapped inside a man\u2019s frame and so you got a operation, that\u2019s all good in the hood. But you can\u2019t fight chicks. Get the f***out of here. You\u2019re out of your mind. You need to fight men, you know? Period. You need to fight men your size because you\u2019re a man.
