The injunctive relief was filled in Williamson County, Tennessee, on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The material reportedly obtained by the sheriff\u2019s office, which responded to Judd\u2019s death in April, collected photos and video evidence that, if released to the public, could cause \u201cemotional distress, pain and mental anguish,\u201d the court filing noted.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMoreover, the release of these records would continue to cause the entire family pain for years to come,\u201d it added.<\/p>\n<p>A temporary injunction was reportedly granted on Tuesday, and an evidentiary hearing has been set for September.<\/p>\n<p>In the order, the court reportedly stated that the county is to alert \u201canyone who requested documents connected to Judd\u2019s death under the state\u2019s open records law of the decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The \u201cWhy Not Me\u201d hitmaker killed herself in April after a lengthy battle with mental health problems, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/ashley-judd-reveals-how-her-mother-naomi-died\">The Daily Wire<\/a> previously reported. She was 76.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe obviously was suffering, and, as such, her days up until that moment were hurtful to her,\u201d Ashley Judd said in a \u201cGood Morning America\u201d appearance.<\/p>\n<p>The late country star and Strickland tied the knot in May 1989. Judd reportedly left complete control of her estate and fortune, believed to be worth $25 million, to Strickland, earmarking nothing for her two daughters.<\/p>\n<p>In Judd\u2019s will, obtained by <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/radar_online\/status\/1554119855242190848?s=20&#038;t=HKguae1d7PEt2uilQhsitw\">RadarOnline<\/a>, the late country legend makes no mention of her famous daughters. Whether the late singer instructed Strickland to divide her assets is unknown.
