Now, emails uncovered by Just Facts prove that Hunter and his partners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>explicitly agreed to this deal.<\/li>\n<li>concealed the names of top U.S. officials to \u201cbe on the safe and cautious side.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>affirmed that only Hunter could credibly promise to get those officials to shield the oligarch from criminal charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Just one month later, then-Vice President Joe Biden did exactly what those emails specified by visiting Ukraine and threatening to withhold U.S. aid unless the prosecutor investigating Hunter\u2019s cash cow was fired. Moreover, Biden did this by going after two \u201ckey targets\u201d identified in the emails: the \u201cPresident of Ukraine\u201d and the \u201cProsecutor General.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In April 2014, Vice President Biden traveled to Ukraine and gave a <a href=\"https:\/\/obamawhitehouse.archives.gov\/the-press-office\/2014\/04\/22\/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-meeting-ukrainian-legislators\">speech<\/a> to its legislators in which he promised that the U.S. would help Ukraine increase its fossil fuel production to make it less dependent on Russian energy. In that very same month:<\/p>\n<p>Nearly a year later in February 2015, the U.S. State Department and the FBI learned that Zlochevskyi <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsgac.senate.gov\/imo\/media\/doc\/HSGAC_Finance_Report_FINAL.pdf#page=28\">allegedly bribed<\/a> Ukrainian prosecutors to shut down criminal investigations of him. Thus, the government of Ukraine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ukrweekly.com\/uwwp\/shokin-replaces-yarema-as-top-prosecutor\/\">replaced<\/a> the chief prosecutor with a new one who <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justfactsdaily.com\/smoking-gun-newly-discovered-emails-confirm-joe-biden-obstructed-justice-for-his-sons-foreign-business-deal\">reopened investigations<\/a> into the oligarch. Looking forward to getting started on this.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In combination with the email from Burisma, these emails leave no doubt that Hunter promised to get \u201ctop US officials\u201d to \u201cvisit\u201d Ukraine and persuade the nation\u2019s leaders to \u201cclose down\u201d all criminal \u201ccases\/pursuits against\u201d Burisma\u2019s owner. Furthermore, the emails prove that two of their \u201ckey targets\u201d were the \u201cPresident of Ukraine\u201d and the \u201cProsecutor General.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Joe Biden\u2019s Actions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>One month after the emails above were exchanged, Joe Biden did exactly what they specified.<\/p>\n<p>In December 2015, Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/obamawhitehouse.archives.gov\/the-press-office\/2015\/12\/09\/remarks-vice-president-joe-biden-ukrainian-rada\">visited<\/a> Ukraine and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfr.org\/event\/foreign-affairs-issue-launch-former-vice-president-joe-biden\">later<\/a> recounted <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PNme4g0zraU\">on video<\/a> that he told Ukraine\u2019s president and its prime minister on that trip that he would withhold a U.S. government \u201cbillion-dollar loan guarantee\u201d unless they fired the \u201cstate prosecutor.\u201d \u201cIf the prosecutor is not fired,\u201d warned Biden, \u201cyou\u2019re not getting the money.\u201d Biden then added, \u201cWell, son of a bitch, he got fired.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, that firing did not happen right away, and two months later on February 2, 2016, the chief prosecutor secured <a href=\"https:\/\/en.interfax.com.ua\/news\/general\/322395.html\">a court order<\/a> to seize some properties of the oligarch who was paying Hunter, including his land, houses, and a Rolls-Royce Phantom.<\/p>\n<p>Just two weeks after the court\u2019s seizure order, the president of Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unian.info\/politics\/1266931-chief-prosecutor-shokin-resigns.html\">forced<\/a> the prosecutor to resign. White House phone logs show that Joe Biden talked to the president of Ukraine at <a href=\"https:\/\/obamawhitehouse.archives.gov\/the-press-office\/2016\/02\/11\/readout-vice-president-bidens-call-president-petro-poroshenko-ukraine\">least<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/obamawhitehouse.archives.gov\/the-press-office\/2016\/02\/12\/readout-vice-president-bidens-call-president-petro-poroshenko-ukraine\">three<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/obamawhitehouse.archives.gov\/the-press-office\/2016\/02\/19\/readout-vice-president-bidens-call-president-petro-poroshenko-ukraine\">times<\/a> in the week surrounding the firing. The <a href=\"https:\/\/obamawhitehouse.archives.gov\/the-press-office\/2016\/02\/19\/readout-vice-president-bidens-call-president-petro-poroshenko-ukraine\">phone log<\/a> for the last of these calls states, \u201cThe Vice President also commended President Poroshenko\u2019s decision to replace Prosecutor General Shokin, which paves the way for needed reform of the prosecutorial service.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Contrary to Biden\u2019s claim that the prosecutor stood in the way of reform, the president of Ukraine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unian.info\/politics\/1266931-chief-prosecutor-shokin-resigns.html\">complimented<\/a> the prosecutor for implementing reforms that his predecessors had \u201cbeen opposing for decades\u201d and then listed the specific reforms. The president then said that he only asked the prosecutor to resign because he \u201cfailed to gain society\u2019s trust.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Two months later in May 2016, Ukraine\u2019s parliament approved the president\u2019s appointee for a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kyivpost.com\/article\/content\/ukraine-politics\/lutsenko-becomes-ukraines-prosecutor-general-413608.html\">new chief prosecutor<\/a>, who Biden described as \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PNme4g0zraU\">solid<\/a>.\u201d This new prosecutor, named Yuriy Lutsenko, was:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20190210074209\/https:\/112.international\/article\/attorney-general-top-10-facts-from-the-life-of-yuriy-lutsenko-4827.html\">best man<\/a> of Petro Poroshenko, the president who appointed him.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rferl.org\/a\/jailed_former_ukrainian_interior_minister_examined_by_doctors\/24537530.html\">sentenced to prison<\/a> in 2012 for embezzlement and abuse of office.<\/li>\n<li>convicted in a separate <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rferl.org\/a\/ukraine-lutsenko\/24679808.html\">2012 case<\/a> for illegal surveillance.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kyivpost.com\/article\/content\/ukraine-politics\/lutsenko-becomes-ukraines-prosecutor-general-413608.html\">pardoned<\/a> by the previous president and released from jail in 2013.<\/li>\n<li>was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.intellinews.com\/ukraine-chief-prosecutor-lutsenko-resigns-166960\/\">forced to resign<\/a> by Volodymyr Zelensky (the current president of Ukraine) for failing to prosecute anyone of note during his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kyivpost.com\/article\/content\/ukraine-politics\/lutsenko-becomes-ukraines-prosecutor-general-413608.html\">three-year<\/a> tenure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Six months after Biden\u2019s \u201csolid\u201d prosecutor was appointed, he dropped all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justfacts.com\/document\/zlochevsky_criminal_charges_dropped_by_ukraine_prosecutor_12.21.16.pdf\">criminal charges<\/a> against the oligarch. The prosecutor also <a href=\"https:\/\/en.hromadske.ua\/posts\/biden-shokin-and-zlochevsky-how-the-burisma-case-unfolded\">applauded<\/a> the settlement as a \u201csuccess\u201d because the oligarch paid $7.46 million in back taxes and penalties. Far from being a prosecutorial victory, the oligarch <a href=\"https:\/\/en.hromadske.ua\/posts\/biden-shokin-and-zlochevsky-how-the-burisma-case-unfolded\">praised<\/a> these outcomes and stated that they would allow his corporation to increase production and \u201cattract international companies to Ukraine.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Two weeks later on November 16, 2016, Burisma made its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hsgac.senate.gov\/imo\/media\/doc\/HSGAC_Finance_Report_FINAL.pdf#page=68\">last documented payment<\/a> to Hunter. In addition to the recent closure of all criminal cases against the oligarch, Donald Trump had just won an upset victory in the U.S. presidential election. This left Joe Biden incapable of using U.S. taxpayer funds to influence Ukrainian officials.<\/p>\n<p>Joe Biden\u2019s involvement in Hunter\u2019s illicit business deals is also evidenced by a 2017 encrypted What\u2019s App message uncovered by the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/07\/27\/hunter-bidens-biz-partner-called-joe-biden-the-big-guy-in-panic-over-laptop\/\">New York Post<\/a>. In it, one of Hunter\u2019s business partners wrote to another partner while discussing Joe Biden, \u201cDon\u2019t mention Joe being involved, it\u2019s only when u are face to face, I know u know that but they are paranoid.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>The False Excuse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Joe Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfr.org\/event\/foreign-affairs-issue-launch-former-vice-president-joe-biden\">claimed<\/a> that he pressured Ukrainian officials to fire the nation\u2019s chief prosecutor because the prosecutor was \u201cbacksliding\u201d on \u201ccorruption.\u201d This excuse has <a href=\"https:\/\/lite.cnn.com\/en\/article\/h_a38ef7891c0ffb8c8ee84852d5efe420\">been<\/a> widely <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2019-11-05\/trump-s-view-of-ukraine-prosecutor-contradicts-historical-record\">echoed<\/a> by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2019\/09\/27\/quick-guide-trumps-false-claims-about-ukraine-bidens\/\">media<\/a>, who allege that the chief prosecutor was not even investigating the oligarch who was enriching Hunter.<\/p>\n<p>Those claims are belied by the facts that the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the Prosecutor General\u2019s Office obtained a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.interfax.com.ua\/news\/general\/322395.html\">court order<\/a> to seize property of the oligarch, including his land, houses, and a Rolls-Royce Phantom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bidenlaptopemails.com\/biden-emails\/email.php?id=20151102-183551_69528\">Burisma\u2019s email<\/a> to Hunter and his partners specifically identified the \u201cProsecutor General\u201d as one of the \u201ckey targets\u201d that \u201ctop US officials\u201d should convince to \u201cclose down\u201d all \u201ccases\/pursuits against\u201d the oligarch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>the Prosecutor General, whose name was <a href=\"http:\/\/euromaidanpress.com\/2015\/02\/21\/shock-therapy-ukraines-new-prosecutor-general\/\">Viktor Shokin<\/a>, signed a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justfacts.com\/document\/ukraine_burisma_viktor_shokin_affidavit_9.4.19.pdf\">sworn affidavit<\/a> stating:\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cThe truth is that I was forced out because I was leading a wide-ranging corruption probe into Burisma Holdings, a natural gas firm active in Ukraine and Joe Biden\u2019s son, Hunter Biden, was a member of the Board of Directors.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>The president of Ukraine \u201cwas emphatic that I should cease my investigations regarding Burisma. When I did not, he said that the US (via Biden) were refusing to release the USD $1 billion promised to Ukraine. He said that he had no choice, therefore, but to ask me to resign.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One of the more outlandish falsehoods about this affair comes from the Washington Post\u2019s lead \u201cFact Checker,\u201d Glenn Kessler. As alleged evidence that Prosecutor Shokin \u201cwas not investigating\u201d the oligarch who was paying Hunter, Kessler <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2019\/09\/27\/quick-guide-trumps-false-claims-about-ukraine-bidens\/\">claims<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In September 2015, then-U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justsecurity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Remarks-by-US-Ambassador-Geoffrey-Pyatt-at-the-Odesa-Financial-Forum-on-September-24-2015-ukraine.pdf\">publicly criticized<\/a> Shokin\u2019s office for thwarting a British money-laundering probe into Burisma\u2019s owner, Mykola Zlochevsky.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In reality, the U.S. ambassador was not criticizing Shokin but his predecessor, Vitaliy Yarema. This is proven by the fact that the British money laundering probe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justsecurity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Remarks-by-US-Ambassador-Geoffrey-Pyatt-at-the-Odesa-Financial-Forum-on-September-24-2015-ukraine.pdf#page=2\">cited by<\/a> the ambassador ended on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justfacts.com\/document\/mykola_zlochevskyi_accounts_unfrozen_uk_court_%201.21.15.pdf\">January 21, 2015<\/a>, and Shokin was not appointed chief prosecutor until the next month in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ukrweekly.com\/uwwp\/shokin-replaces-yarema-as-top-prosecutor\/\">February 2015<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2017\/apr\/12\/the-money-machine-how-a-high-profile-corruption-investigation-fell-apart\">London Guardian<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/8e953fce-0e8d-11e5-8aca-00144feabdc0\">Financial Times<\/a>, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2015\/12\/09\/world\/europe\/corruption-ukraine-joe-biden-son-hunter-biden-ties.html\">New York Times<\/a> all reported that the probe ended in January, raising the question of how Kessler could honestly botch this fact.<\/p>\n<p>In a related article, Kessler scales up the rhetoric and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/2019\/10\/02\/correcting-media-error-bidens-ukraine-showdown-was-december\/\">claims<\/a> that the ambassador \u201cblasted Shokin for \u2018openly and aggressively undermining reform\u2019 and having \u2018undermined prosecutors working on legitimate corruption cases\u2019.\u201d However, the ambassador <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justsecurity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Remarks-by-US-Ambassador-Geoffrey-Pyatt-at-the-Odesa-Financial-Forum-on-September-24-2015-ukraine.pdf\">stated<\/a> that \u201ccorrupt actors within the Prosecutor General\u2019s office\u201d did this, not Shokin.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justsecurity.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Remarks-by-US-Ambassador-Geoffrey-Pyatt-at-the-Odesa-Financial-Forum-on-September-24-2015-ukraine.pdf\">very same speech<\/a> that Kessler misquoted twice, the ambassador began speaking about the present and said, \u201cWe want to work with Prosecutor General Shokin\u201d and help him lead \u201cthe fight against corruption.\u201d This further demonstrates that the ambassador was not castigating Shokin and wanted to partner with him.<\/p>\n<p>Twitter, in turn, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/i\/events\/1316398754883272704\">invoked<\/a> Kessler\u2019s bogus fact check to insist that the \u201cprosecutor was not investigating Burisma at that time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Like Kessler, articles by <a href=\"https:\/\/lite.cnn.com\/en\/article\/h_a38ef7891c0ffb8c8ee84852d5efe420\">CNN<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2019-11-05\/trump-s-view-of-ukraine-prosecutor-contradicts-historical-record\">Bloomberg<\/a> take the ambassador\u2019s words out of context to make it seem like he was lambasting Shokin instead of his predecessor.<\/p>\n<p>In contrast to those false reports\u2014court records, first-hand sworn testimony, and a smoking gun email from Burisma show that Shokin was aggressively pursuing the oligarch when Joe Biden forced his firing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keeping People in the Dark<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Beyond denying the fact that the prosecutor was cracking down on Hunter\u2019s cash cow, a wide array of journalists, government officials, and big tech executives kept the public in the dark about this and related matters. This was especially the case just before the 2020 presidential election.<\/p>\n<p>Just a few of the many examples include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In July 2021, Politico <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2021\/07\/16\/hunter-biden-probe-prosecutor-499782\">reported<\/a> that the Department of Justice (DOJ) delayed an investigation into Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop \u201cto avoid taking any actions that could alert the public to the existence of the case in the middle of a presidential election.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In October 2020, Twitter <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/10\/16\/twitter-still-holding-the-posts-account-hostage-over-hunter-biden-links\/\">locked<\/a> the New York Post\u2019s account for reporting on Hunter\u2019s laptop and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RepLeeZeldin\/status\/1316523575373893632\">pinned a post<\/a> to the top of Twitter\u2019s home page claiming that Joe Biden \u201cplayed no role in pressuring Ukraine officials into firing the prosecutor,\u201d a statement flatly disproven by the words of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cfr.org\/event\/foreign-affairs-issue-launch-former-vice-president-joe-biden\">Biden himself<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.grassley.senate.gov\/news\/news-releases\/whistleblowers-reports-reveal-double-standard-in-pursuit-of-politically-charged-investigations-by-senior-fbi-doj-officials\">Multiple whistleblowers<\/a> within the FBI have stated that officials in the FBI and DOJ used a deceitful assessment of Hunter\u2019s laptop to \u201cimproperly discredit and falsely claim that derogatory information about Biden\u2019s activities was disinformation, causing investigative activity and sourcing to be shut down.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In October 2020, NPR managing editor Terence Samuels Public Editor <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NPRpubliceditor\/status\/1319281101223940096\">wrote<\/a> that NPR is not reporting on the NY Post\u2019s expose of Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop because \u201cwe don\u2019t want to waste our time on stories that are not really stories, and we don\u2019t want to waste listeners\u2019 and readers\u2019 time on stories that are just pure distractions.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In October 2020, Facebook executive Andy Stone <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/andymstone\/status\/1316395902479872000\">wrote<\/a>, \u201cWhile I will intentionally not link to the New York Post, I want be clear that this story is eligible to be fact checked by Facebook\u2019s third-party fact checking partners. In the meantime, we are reducing its distribution on our platform.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In October 2020, a group of former government <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/f\/?id=00000175-4393-d7aa-af77-579f9b330000\">intelligence officials<\/a> led by James Clapper (Obama\u2019s Director of National Intelligence) alleged without evidence that the contents of Hunter\u2019s laptop could be or definitely are Russian \u201cinformation,\u201d while admitting that \u201cwe do not have evidence of Russian involvement\u2014just that our experience makes us deeply suspicious that the Russian government played a significant role in this case.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/national-security\/feds-examining-if-alleged-hunter-biden-emails-are-linked-foreign-n1243620\">Major<\/a> media <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thedailybeast.com\/john-bolton-warned-staff-to-stay-away-from-russia-aligned-rudy-giuliani?source=politics&#038;via=rss\">outlets<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.factcheck.org\/2020\/10\/trump-revives-false-narrative-on-biden-and-ukraine\/\">so-called<\/a> fact <a href=\"https:\/\/www.snopes.com\/fact-check\/hunter-biden-malia-obama-cocaine\/\">checkers<\/a> widely <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/10\/19\/opinion\/trump-campaign-rudy-giuliani.html\">parroted<\/a> that baseless claim while changing the phrase \u201cRussian information\u201d to \u201cRussian disinformation\u201d and failing to report that:\n<ul>\n<li>the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forbes.com\/sites\/andrewsolender\/2020\/04\/24\/biden-predicts-trump-will-try-to-cancel-the-election-collude-with-russia\/#5a8c8a3258be\">same<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/politics\/politics-news\/schiff-more-circumstantial-evidence-trump-associates-colluded-russia-n737446\">group<\/a> of Obama <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2018\/08\/16\/opinion\/john-brennan-trump-russia-collusion-security-clearance.html\">officials<\/a> who made that accusation also alleged that the Trump campaign colluded with Russia in the 2016 election, a charge disproven by a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/storage\/report.pdf\">2-year<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2019\/08\/02\/robert-muellers-russia-probe-cost-nearly-32-million-in-total-doj.html\">$32 million<\/a> investigation by an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/storage\/report.pdf\">independent counsel<\/a> which \u201cdid not establish\u201d or \u201cidentify evidence\u201d that the \u201cTrump Campaign\u201d or \u201cany U.S. persons\u201d \u201cconspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/storage\/120919-examination.pdf\">DOJ Inspector General<\/a> (an Obama appointee) \u201cidentified at least 17 significant errors or omissions\u201d in warrant applications that Obama\u2019s officials used to surveil the Trump campaign and added that he \u201cdid not receive satisfactory explanations\u201d for these misleading warrant applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>In October 2020, Leslie Stahl of CBS\u2019s <em>60 Minutes<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rev.com\/blog\/transcripts\/donald-trump-unedited-60-minutes-interview-transcript\/amp\">insisted<\/a> that the contents of Hunter\u2019s laptop \u201ccan\u2019t be verified,\u201d even though <em>60 Minutes<\/em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbs.com\/shows\/60_minutes\/about\/\">brags<\/a> that it conducts \u201chard-hitting investigative\u201d journalism. Demonstrating the absurdity of that claim:\n<ul>\n<li>the recipient of one of the most incriminating emails on the laptop <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/10\/22\/hunter-biz-partner-confirms-e-mail-details-joe-bidens-push-to-make-millions-from-china\/\">verified<\/a> that same month that he was \u201cthe recipient of the email\u201d and the \u201cemail is genuine.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>the NY Post <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/10\/18\/unverified-is-a-false-excuse-for-ignoring-hunter-biden-scoops\/\">pointed out<\/a> that they published an <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/10\/16\/hunter-biden-emails-pics-reveal-wild-life-pained-soul\/\">array<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/10\/14\/email-reveals-how-hunter-biden-introduced-ukrainian-biz-man-to-dad\/\">pictures<\/a> and emails from the laptop with \u201can extraordinary level of detail\u201d that supports their authenticity, such as a picture of Hunter in a bathtub and a picture of a Biden family meal, along with emails to friends and family all bearing dates and times.<\/li>\n<li>the New York Times slipped this statement about Hunter\u2019s laptop into the 24th paragraph of an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/03\/16\/us\/politics\/hunter-biden-tax-bill-investigation.html\">article<\/a> published 18 months after the 2020 election: \u201cThe email and others in the cache were authenticated by people familiar with them and with the investigation.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>CNN <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RNCResearch\/status\/1509147905264865282?s=20&#038;t=EnrRAsCx6WJ3vX3FkhXmOg\">reported<\/a> 18 months after the 2020 election, \u201cWe know the FBI has possession\u201d of Hunter\u2019s laptop, and \u201cthey believe it is his laptop\u2014that the contents of it are his.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>the Washington Examiner commissioned a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/white-house\/hunter-bidens-laptop-is-100-authentic-forensic-examination-concludes\">forensic examination<\/a> of Hunter Biden\u2019s hard drive which found its contents are \u201cindisputably authentic, and there is no evidence of any hacking or file manipulation, according to an examination conducted by a former Secret Service agent who has testified as a cyberforensics expert in over 100 classified, criminal, and civil matters at the state, federal, and international levels.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This tidal wave of misinformation and censorship by media outlets, government officials, and big tech significantly boosted Joe Biden\u2019s odds of winning the presidency. The effect was estimated by a November 2020 <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.mrc.org\/TPC-MRC+Biden+Voter+Messaging+Survey+Analysis+Nov+2020_final.pdf\">online survey<\/a> of Biden voters in swing states commissioned by the Media Research Center and conducted by the Polling Company. It <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsbusters.org\/blogs\/nb\/rich-noyes\/2020\/11\/24\/special-report-stealing-presidency-2020\">found<\/a> that 45% of Biden voters \u201cwere unaware of the financial scandal enveloping Biden and his son\u201d and that:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>full awareness of the Hunter Biden scandal would have led 9.4% of Biden voters to abandon the Democratic candidate, flipping all six of the swing states he won to Trump, giving the President 311 electoral votes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The emails on Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop, combined with Joe Biden\u2019s own words and actions, prove beyond all doubt that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The \u201cultimate purpose\u201d of Hunter Biden\u2019s multi-million deal with Burisma was to \u201cclose down\u201d all criminal \u201ccases\/pursuits against\u201d the firm\u2019s owner.<\/li>\n<li>In November 2015, Hunter agreed to get \u201chigh-ranking US officials\u201d to visit Ukraine and persuade the nation\u2019s leaders to end all investigations into the owner.
