In an interview Sunday, Kashkari pointed out that Biden\u2019s officials falsely denied that inflation would get out of hand and now they are trying to change the definition of a recession.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cPeople don\u2019t wait to hear from the media or the MBER they\u2019re in a recession,\u201d said Kashkari. \u201cMost peoples pay checks are not going as far as it used to and that is true. They\u2019re going to think this is a recession, they\u2019re going to think this is a bad economy and they\u2019re hold the party in power accountable. This administration I think has consistently played politics of the economy badly.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;We would love it if we can transition to a sustainable economy without tipping the economy into recession.
