He received a negative test on Tuesday and ended his quarantine,\u00a0 but on Saturday, O\u2019Connor said he tested positive again although he has no symptoms.<\/p>\n<p>Right after he tested negative on July 26, Biden gave remarks at the White House Rose Garden on July 27. Because of his advanced age, Biden is at risk of developing severe COVID-19, although a letter (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Update-7.23.pdf\">pdf<\/a>) from his physician\u00a0on July 23\u00a0 indicated that the president suffered mild symptoms.<\/p>\n<p> Paxlovid <\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, O\u2019Connor said that Biden was among the \u201csmall percentage\u201d of people taking Paxlovid who had a \u201crebound\u201d of COVID-19 symptoms.
