Media hosts on networks such as CNN and others have baselessly claimed that Trump is a Russian agent, or suggested that Trump won the 2016 election because of Russian interference.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI have notified CNN of my intent to file a lawsuit over their repeated defamatory statements against me,\u201d Trump said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Dylan_Housman\/status\/1552368044361633794\">statement<\/a>. \u201cI will also be commencing actions against other media outlets who have defamed me and defrauded the public regarding the overwhelming evidence of fraud throughout the 2020 Election. I will never stop fighting for the truth and for the future of our Country!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ifrah Law, a Washington-based law firm representing Trump in his CNN suit, sent a <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn.nucleusfiles.com\/ae\/ae734685-32d7-4d51-a380-25c76e1787e5\/retraction-letter-with-exhibits.pdf\">Notice of Intent<\/a> to the network. The notice included a 26-page letter laying out the basis for the lawsuit as well as hundreds of pages of exhibits.<\/p>\n<p><em>This is a breaking story.
