His oxygen saturation continues to be excellent on room air. His lungs remain clear,\u201d O\u2019Connor said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe President now feels well enough to resume his physical exercise regimen,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Biden, 79, will remain\u00a0isolated for now. He\u2019s been staying in the White House\u2019s residence since testing positive for COVID-19 on July 21.<\/p>\n<p>Biden had received four doses of Pfizer\u2019s COVID-19 vaccine before testing positive for the illness, which is caused by SARS-CoV-2, also known as\u00a0the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/giving-the-right-name-to-the-virus-causing-a-worldwide-pandemic-2_3277200.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CCP (Chinese Communist Party) virus<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Because of his advanced age, the president is considered at high risk of progressing to severe disease, but his doctor said he expected Biden to \u201crespond favorably\u201d to Paxlovid.<\/p>\n<p>Biden experienced symptoms including body aches, fatigue, and a dry cough.<\/p>\n<p>According to O\u2019Connor, the president\u2019s symptoms had been improving since July 22.<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/biden-coughing-1200x800-1.jpg\"><\/a> President Joe Biden covers his mouth while coughing during a virtual meeting with CEOs and labor leaders regarding the Chips Act, in Washington on July 25, 2022. He had no public events over the weekend.
