A prequel miniseries, \u201cThe Continental,\u201d is coming to Starz. Mel Gibson\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/10\/18\/mel-gibson-to-star-in-john-wick-starz-prequel-series-the-continental\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">was cast<\/a>\u00a0in the lead role as the character Cormac.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJohn Wick\u201d\u00a0became a huge action franchise for Lionsgate, not just in its global franchise B.O. through three movies of $584.2 million.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJohn Wick 4\u201d is scheduled for release on March 24, 2023.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fans of the hit \u201cJohn Wick\u201d film franchise got more than what they bargained for at this year\u2019s Comic-Con in San Diego on Friday.
