The video does not discuss the impeachment of Pelosi or Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pelosi served as Speaker of the House from 2007 to 2011 before becoming speaker again in 2019, according to the House of Representatives <a href=\"https:\/\/history.house.gov\/People\/Office\/Speakers-List\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">website<\/a>. A viral Facebook video now claims she is being impeached.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSupreme Court FINALLY signs VERDICT to IMPEACH Speaker Pelosi as Hunter\u2019s Laptop IMPLICATES her,\u201d reads the video\u2019s caption. The 10-minute video shows a compilation of Republican lawmakers, including Texas Sen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/?v=2945043355783313\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ted Cruz<\/a>, Colorado Rep. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/watch\/?v=845385009730586\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Lauren Boebert<\/a>, California Rep. Kevin <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PgybA5IMucs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">McCarthy<\/a> and Iowa Sen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PxpicYkkYiE\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chuck Grassley<\/a>, criticizing Pelosi and other Democrats for various reasons.<\/p>\n<p>The post\u2019s caption is incorrect. There is nothing on the Supreme Court\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.supremecourt.gov\/search.aspx?Search=impeachment+Pelosi&#038;type=Site\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">website<\/a> about an impeachment proceeding against the speaker.
