There is no evidence Trump released such a statement.<\/p>\n<p><span><strong>Fact Check:\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>President Joe Biden recently tested positive for COVID-19 and is experiencing what the White House calls \u201cvery mild\u201d symptoms, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/07\/21\/biden-has-tested-positive-for-covid-white-house-says-00047132\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Politico<\/a>. Biden is not the first U.S. president to contract the virus. Trump tested positive for it in October 2020, prompting a visit to Walter Reed Medical Center where he received monoclonal antibody treatment, Politico <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2022\/07\/21\/biden-trump-covid-19-case-comparison-00047141\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>An image shared on Facebook claims to show a July 21 statement Trump released about Biden testing positive in which he wishes Biden a speedy recovery.
