This move follows a recent White House visit by Ukrainian First Lady Olena Zelenska.<\/p>\n<p>Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said Wednesday, the US will supply Ukraine with additional High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems and tactical vehicles for its fight against Russia. The defense secretary said the White House will roll out its sixteenth drawdown of extensive weapons, ammunition and equipment for Ukraine later this week.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe United States is also committed to sending more HIMARS (High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems) munitions, precision guided artillery ammunition, and tactical vehicles and other urgently needed support,\u201d Lloyd stated. \u201cAnd we\u2019ll continue to provide historic levels of security assistance to help Ukraine defend itself.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">LIVE: <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SecDef?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@SecDef<\/a> Lloyd J.
