Wade in June, Democrats assured America that to be pro-abortion was to be pro-woman. By restricting abortion, they argued, Republicans and conservatives were hurting women irrevocably.<\/p>\n<p>But <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/06\/08\/planned-parenthood-opioid-crisis-grant-drug-overdoses-heroin-syringes\/\">Planned Parenthood<\/a> clinics have allegedly covered up crimes, returning victims to their abusers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor six years, Planned Parenthood did everything possible to try to defeat my [legal] claims and drown out my message that, when Planned Parenthood knows or suspects that a young girl is being sexually abused, it must meet its duties under the law and immediately report that abuse to the proper authorities,\u201d Denise Fairbanks said, according to a 2018 Live Action <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/Planned%20Parenthood%20Sexual%20Abuse%20Report%202018.pdf\">report<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Fairbanks\u2019 father began raping her when she was just 13 years old. At 16, Fairbanks was impregnated and went to a Planned Parenthood clinic for an abortion. The clinic did not report her abuse, sending her home to her father, who abused for another year and a half. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/07\/19\/planned-parenthood-school-board-proposal-high-school\/\">(RELATED:\u00a0After Parents Protest, School Board Backs Off Proposal To Open Up Planned Parenthood Clinic)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fairbanks sued <a href=\"https:\/\/adfmedialegalfiles.blob.core.windows.net\/files\/FairbanksComplaint.pdf\">Planned Parenthood<\/a>. In her lawsuit, Fairbanks alleges that the organization\u2019s conduct was, \u201creprehensible because it was done in accordance with Planned Parenthood\u2019s \u2018don\u2019t ask\/don\u2019t tell\u2019 policy and as part of a pattern of wrongful conduct.\u201d<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/14\/pro-life-group-says-google-banned-its-ads-in-dramatic-and-unprecedented-move\/\">Live Action<\/a> report tells the story of one father who raped and impregnated his daughter three times, all three times taking her to a Planned Parenthood clinic for an abortion. None of these instances were reported to police.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">FYI: \u201cIn one case, a girl was impregnated by her father at 14, 16, and 17, but the abortion giant <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PPFA?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@PPFA<\/a>, which provided three abortions for the girl, never told authorities.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/KatrinaTrinko?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@KatrinaTrinko<\/a> writes: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/k3tVC3Fi07\">https:\/\/t.co\/k3tVC3Fi07<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The Daily Signal (@DailySignal) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DailySignal\/status\/1547287252627324928?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 13, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In 2008, Live Action released undercover footage of employees at the organization posing as 13-year-old girls impregnated by a 31-year-old man.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe investigation found eight Planned Parenthood facilities in six different states were willing to cover up sexual abuse, including disregarding mandatory reporting laws of suspected statutory rape. Facilities also provided instructions on how to circumvent parental consent laws,\u201d Live Action<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/what-we-do\/investigations\/sexual-abuse-cover-up\/\"> reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Former Planned Parenthood employees corroborated Live Action\u2019s finding that the abortion provider covers up stories of sexual abuse. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/07\/01\/boebert-ban-abortion-clinics-federal-lands\/\">(RELATED:\u00a0Rep. Boebert Pushes To Ban Abortion Clinics On Federal Lands)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe were all required to be mandatory reporters, but, if we saw a case \u2014 questionable abuse or even for sure, I mean, this kid is being abused \u2014 we really were discouraged from calling it in, just because they didn\u2019t want to have the trouble \u2014 the angry parent, the angry boyfriend, whatever it was,\u201d Sue Thayer, a former <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/05\/18\/planned-parenthood-ppp-covid-relief-loans-claudia-tenney\/\">Planned Parenthood<\/a> manager, said. \u201cSo, more than once I was told, \u2018No, that is not reportable. You don\u2019t need to call it in.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Monica Cline, a former health educator who worked with Planned Parenthood, said workers at the clinics, \u201cadopted George Bush\u2019s \u2018Don\u2019t ask, don\u2019t tell\u2019 [policy]\u2026 If we don\u2019t ask how old her partner is, we don\u2019t have to tell. And so Planned Parenthood actually allows victims of human trafficking to continue to be victims of human trafficking.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In response to the release of Live Action\u2019s report, 56 lawmakers urged the Department of Health and Human Services to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailysignal.com\/2018\/06\/07\/exclusive-lawmakers-ask-hhs-probe-of-planned-parenthoods-response-to-child-sexual-abuse\/\">launch a further investigation<\/a> into Planned Parenthood\u2019s coverup of sexual abuse of minors. The lawmakers requested the investigation make available, \u201cAll records (including from regional offices) regarding any and all incidents of Planned Parenthood Title X recipients\u2019 failure to report suspected sexual abuse of minors in their care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Despite all this, Planned Parenthood touts itself as an ally of sexual assault victims.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSurvivors of sexual assault deserve respect,\u201d the organization <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PPFA\/status\/986734892762443776?s=20&#038;t=kZJy95RD7mhXdT3-YZAhVQ\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">tweeted<\/a> in 2018.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Survivors of sexual assault deserve respect. Survivors also deserve access to the full range of health services and support \u2014 including emergency contraception, rape kits, STD testing, PEP, and abortion. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/FY65M2G8ln\">pic.twitter.com\/FY65M2G8ln<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Planned Parenthood (@PPFA) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PPFA\/status\/986734892762443776?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 18, 2018<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>An Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF) <a href=\"https:\/\/adfmedialegalfiles.blob.core.windows.net\/files\/PlannedParenthoodSexAbuseSummary.pdf\">report<\/a> from 2015 showed that states clinics in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota and Ohio failed to report sexual abuse of underage girls.<\/p>\n<p>In one case reported by ADF in Ohio, a man raped the 10-year-old daughter of his girlfriend, impregnating her twice. The girl went to Planned Parenthood clinics for abortions twice. In both cases, clinic workers failed to report the abuse.<\/p>\n<p>Despite assurances that the abortion movement is centered on helping women, Planned Parenthood has a track record of ignoring sexual abuse and returning victims to their abusers.
