The former president is expected to announce whether he will run for president in 2024 by the end of the year, the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2022\/07\/14\/trump-says-hes-made-up-his-mind-about-running-again\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York Post<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n<p>A widely shared Facebook video claims to show a recent speech Trump gave in Cullman, Alabama. \u201cLIVE \u2013 President Donald J Trump in Cullman, AL \u2013 July 13, 2022,\u201d reads the 90-minute video\u2019s caption.<\/p>\n<p>The caption is misleading. The footage shows a speech Trump gave in Cullman, Alabama in August 2021, not July 2022. During the 2021 speech, he spoke about the withdrawal from Afghanistan, border security and the COVID-19 vaccine, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cullmantimes.com\/news\/trump-holds-rally-in-cullman\/article_6695531c-02b8-11ec-aaca-7b2e83210d13.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cullman Times<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.c-span.org\/video\/?514187-1\/president-trump-rally-cullman-alabama\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">C-SPAN footage<\/a> of the 2021 rally matches the lengthy video shared on Facebook.<\/p>\n[embedded content]\n<p>The Alabama Republican Party said that 50,000 people attended the rally, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsfa.com\/2021\/08\/26\/alabama-republican-party-50000-attended-trump-rally-cullman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">WSFA<\/a>.
