Marco Rubio and Georgia Senate candidate Herschel Walker, who have reeled in $13 million and $8 million from under-$200 donations, respectively, and yet are still being trounced by their competitors\u2019 small-dollar campaigns, according to Axios. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/07\/18\/jahana-hayes-still-using-campaign-funds-pay-family-fec-records\/\">(RELATED: Democratic Rep Still Using Campaign Funds To Pay Family, FEC Records Show)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">\u201cA concerted Republican effort to build a small-dollar fundraising apparatus independent of Trump\u2019s brand appears to be faltering, while Democrats are building on the massive grassroots financial success they saw in 2020.\u201d<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/BI7jgKQntu\">https:\/\/t.co\/BI7jgKQntu<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Charlie Sykes (@SykesCharlie) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/SykesCharlie\/status\/1549779853838323712?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 20, 2022<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The most extreme example of the phenomenon is in Arizona, according to Axios, where Democratic Sen.
