According to the claim, if they had, 16-year-old Antonio Mays Jr. might still be alive.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>A tort claim is an official notice of an impending lawsuit. It was filed with the city clerk\u2019s office Monday by Mays\u2019 family, alleging the government\u2019s breach of duty for citizens to be free from &#8220;state-created danger,&#8221; but did not specify a financial claim.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\"><\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>BLM and Antifa rioters <a href=\"https:\/\/humanevents.com\/2022\/06\/17\/there-was-an-insurrection-it-wasnt-on-january-6\/\">seized control of 6 blocks of the Capitol Hill neighborhood<\/a> of Seattle in June of 2020. For almost a month, occupiers would not allow police in the zone. According to Seattle police, rapes robberies and murders increased 250 percent during the occupation.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-embed-card\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Multiple camera angles captured audio of the shooting at CHAZ on Sunday night. You can hear a paranoid militant freaking out followed by the sound of a vehicle. Police were unable to access the scene and did not arrive for almost five hours, by which time the crime scene had been tampered with and evidence was removed.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-embed-card\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\u201cNot dead, huh? Information on Baker was turned over to the Seattle Police and the FBI at the time and recommended that they investigate his involvement.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-image-card\"><\/figure>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>In October 2021, Baker, a US Army veteran turned Syrian militia member, who attempted to rally far-left activists to surround pro-Trump protesters with guns at the Florida state Capitol in January, was sentenced to 44 months in jail followed by three years of federal supervision.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-image-card\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/received_1216575935402963-1-.jpeg\" class=\"kg-image\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>The tort claim also implicates Solomon &#8220;Raz&#8221; Simone, the so called &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/exclusive-text-messages-show-coordination-between-seattle-officials-and-the-warlord-of-autonomous-zone\/\">warlord of the autonomous zone<\/a>,&#8221; for his role as &#8220;de facto police chief&#8221; in the zone, after the order was given to police to abandon the department\u2019s East Precinct to the mob after nightly riots.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<figure class=\"kg-card kg-embed-card\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Seattle\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/autonomouszone?src=hash&#038;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#autonomouszone<\/a>\u201d was created to be a self-sustaining, police free zone. <\/p>\n<p>In one day, they ran out of food, and a warlord declared himself the new police. Violence (now w\/o accountability) ensues.
