Wade<\/em> overturn clearly demonstrates his near-panicked desperation to pander to the radical on-demand abortion crowd.<\/p>\n<p>While Biden\u2019s disgraceful determination to placate radical abortion activists <em>is<\/em> \u201claughable,\u201d it is on a visceral level only. There\u2019s nothing \u201cfunny\u201d about <em>murdering<\/em> a healthy, fully developed child, right up <a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/sister-toldjah\/2022\/05\/19\/gop-lawmaker-stuns-dem-hearing-witness-in-revealing-exchange-on-abortion-until-birth-argument-n566817\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">until birth<\/a>. Yet the desperation of a self-proclaimed \u201cdevout Catholic\u201d who refers to abortion as an <em><a href=\"https:\/\/redstate.com\/mike_miller\/2020\/11\/12\/pope-francis-congratulates-deeply-devout-catholic-biden-who-calls-abortion-an-essential-health-care-service-n279048\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">essential health care service<\/a>, <\/em>to ensure \u201clegal\u201d means to do just that is <em>pathetically<\/em> <em>laughable<\/em> indeed.<\/p>\n<p>How desperate has Biden become? <em>Mail-in abortions,<\/em>\u00a0desperate.<\/p>\n<p>Human Events Daily\u2019s Jack Posobiec blasted Biden\u2019s latest plan to <a href=\"https:\/\/thepostmillennial.com\/biden-to-issue-pro-abortion-executive-order-to-protect-access-nationwide\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">make abortion legal<\/a> at the federal level, despite the intentions of states to control their own laws \u2014 made possible by the overturn of <em>Roe<\/em> \u2014 on abortion and abortion-related issues.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s right, gang \u2014 <em>mail-order abortion.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/humanevents.com\/2022\/07\/15\/posobiec-big-pharma-will-love-bidens-plan-for-mail-in-abortions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">noted<\/a> by Human Events, Biden intends to roll out a plan that would enable women to legally purchase abortion pills through the mail, regardless of whether or not abortion is legal in their states. Again, even in states that have expressly, and within their legal rights, placed limits on abortion or outright banned it.<\/p>\n<p>I don\u2019t want to get out over my legal skis, here, but how would Biden\u2019s scheme differ from allowing residents of states where marijuana is illegal to buy it via mail from suppliers in states where it is legal?<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s Posobiec attempting to explain Biden\u2019s inexplainable scheme:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The Biden administration put out new guidance\u2014 guidelines, guidance\u2026it\u2019s not medical orders anymore, it\u2019s not mandated, it\u2019s just guidance\u2014 from the Department of Health and Human Services, DHHS \u2026 It said that pharmacists must prescribe abortion pills under federal law, regardless of who requests them.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cPharmacists must prescribe abortion pills under federal law, regardless of who requests them.\u201d That is ridiculous on multiple levels \u2014 from the SCOTUS striking down <em>Roe<\/em> to the preposterous notion that any or all prescription medicines should be available via mail to anyone to my marijuana analogy.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">WATCH: <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JackPosobiec?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">@JackPosobiec<\/a> explains how Biden&#8217;s new mail-in abortion scheme will work <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/zuDJS54AzU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pic.twitter.com\/zuDJS54AzU<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Human Events (@HumanEvents) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HumanEvents\/status\/1547956180936302592?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">July 15, 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Posobiec continued \u2014 in spot-on fashion:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Well, here\u2019s the problem with that. What they\u2019re doing is, they\u2019re setting up a potential conflict between federal law and state law. And the Biden administration knows this: because what happens then? What happens if you\u2019re a pharmacist in a state where abortion has been banned, and yet someone comes up and requests an abortion pill?<\/p>\n<p>Of course, Big Pharma is going to love this. We know that\u2019s what the Biden administration is helping. But what then if you\u2019re in a state that doesn\u2019t ban abortions, but you want to mail them to someone in a state that does?<\/p>\n<p>What they\u2019re doing is creating universal mail-in nationwide abortions through these abortion pills, and they call it Plan C. There are whole organizations for this. Nobody, I think in the conservative movement, is actually talking about this. We have to dig through what they\u2019re doing. They call it telehealth. They call it virtual abortions.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>There it is again, Joe \u2014 that conflict between federal rights and states\u2019 rights. What part of the very simple differentiation do you fail to understand? The truth? Of <em>course,<\/em> Biden and his handlers understand it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The bottom line:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Biden and the Democrats fully understand the federal law (rights) vs. state law (rights) argument, exactly as they also understood it every time Biden issued yet another ridiculous COVID mandate \u2014 every one of which was shot down in the courts on the basis of unconstitutionality.<\/p>\n<p>As to <em>Roe,<\/em> Biden and the Democrats continue to propose end-around schemes\u00a0 \u2014 my latest fave, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/floating-abortion-clinic-gulf-of-mexico-prrowess-dr-meg-autry-heres-how-it-would-work\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">floating abortion clinic in the Gulf of Mexico<\/a> \u2014 and make desperate statements, solely for the purpose of continuing to stoke the rabid abortion \u201crights\u201d fire, all with the midterm elections and 2024 in mind.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats.
