I have full faith and confidence that these women will promote and protect public safety while delivering justice in all of its various forms,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Among those who were fired include former San Francisco\u00a0Managing Attorney Arcelia Hurtado, who headed the city\u2019s Innocence Commission. Hurtado expressed her disappointment on Twitter, invoking her ethnicity and sexual orientation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter over 2 years of tireless and devoted service to the City and Cty of SF, I was unceremoniously fired without cause via phone by the Mayor\u2019s appointed DA,\u201d she <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ArceliaHurtado\/status\/1548018675692630018?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1548018675692630018%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&#038;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.foxnews.com%2Fus%2Fnew-san-francisco-da-cleans-house-chesa-boudins-ouster-fires-15-employees-announces-new-hires\">wrote<\/a>. \u201cI am the highest-ranking Latina\/LGBTQ member of the management team at that office. I will continue the fight 4justice.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Other staffers to lose their jobs at the district attorney\u2019s office included Rachel Marshall and Simin Shamji, reported <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kron4.com\/news\/bay-area\/major-shakeup-in-san-francisco-district-attorneys-office\/\">KRON-4<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> Recall <\/p>\n<p>Boudin was recalled on June 7 amid criticism of a citywide surge in crime, homelessness, and drug usage in public.
