No human remains were found.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>Digs in 1998 and 2002 conducted by Simon Fraser University archaeologists also failed to uncover any remains.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>As True North <a href=\"https:\/\/tnc.news\/2022\/07\/14\/evidence-unmarked-graves\/\">reports<\/a>, the claim that human remains are buried at Kamloops Residential School was pushed by Professor Sarah Beaulieu, whose research methods included Ground Penetrating Radar as well as &#8220;oral history and folklore.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>No hard evidence has been released to back up her claims.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section data-v-f313b7e6=\"\">\n<p>In the months since the Tk\u2019eml\u00faps te Secw\u00e9pemc Nation made the shocking announcement, numerous other former residential schools have been investigated.
