RNC staff will be trained by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) certified RNC Strategic Initiatives, according to the press release. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/07\/14\/ice-immigration-biden-border\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: \u2018There\u2019s No Money\u2019: ICE Is Set To Run Out Of Funding Amid Record Migrant Surge)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The RNC has been appealing\u00a0to Hispanic voters ahead of the midterm elections in November. Hispanic voters are leaning increasingly toward the Republican Party, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/25\/poll-hispanic-latino-voters-democrats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according<\/a> to recent <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/03\/25\/poll-hispanic-latino-voters-democrats\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">polling<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Jessica Vaughan, Director of Policy Studies at the Center for Immigration Studies, told the Daily Caller News Foundation the naturalization process shouldn\u2019t be partisan and shouldn\u2019t clearly involve a political party.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s very important that the naturalization process be nonpartisan and devoid of political influence peddling,\u201d Vaughan told the DCNF. \u201cIt is important that both the funding of these efforts and the participation acknowledged that new citizens not be able to tell what political party the person is teaching them about America and about our government.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">The GOP is kicking off a new outreach initiative \u2013 the Republican Civics Initiative!<\/p>\n<p>This program is designed to help those preparing for the civics portion of the naturalization test.<\/p>\n<p>The first training course launches today in Florida!<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 GOP (@GOP) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GOP\/status\/1547603578910437381?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">July 14, 2022<\/a> <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The 10-hour course will take four sessions to complete, ending with a \u201ccelebration,\u201d according to the RNC\u2019s press release.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2022\/07\/11\/republicans-house-majority-elections\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">RNC<\/a> didn\u2019t respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation\u2019s request for comment on the purpose of the initiative.
