As they discuss reforms, such as increasing the number of justices and imposing term limits, the Democrats recognize that they do not have the votes necessary to enact these policies.<\/p>\n<p>The ideas are fueled by the overturn of <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em> in <em>Dobbs vs. Jackson Women\u2019s Health Organization<\/em> and other monumental cases as of late, the publication reported.<\/p>\n<p>Liberal groups and lawmakers have repeatedly pushed to pack the court. Such calls have become more frequent in recent months as Democrats and leftist activists observe Justice Clarence Thomas\u2019s influence growing.
