Only 19 percent of independents approve of Biden. Sixty-seven percent disapprove. Among Hispanics, just 36 percent approve. Forty-eight percent disapprove.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Only 63 percent of Democrats approve of Biden, down from 88 percent since last July. Biden\u2019s approval has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/06\/21\/poll-only-69-percent-of-democrats-approve-of-biden-lowest-on-record\/\">dropped<\/a>\u00a0five points since June 20. Just 36 percent of Democrats\u00a0<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/poll-only-36-percent-democrats-want-biden-2024-ticket-after-10-months-office\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">want<\/a>\u00a0Biden on the 2024 ticket.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s approval rating is historically low. According to Gallup, five presidents have <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/116677\/presidential-approval-ratings-gallup-historical-statistics-trends.aspx\">sunk<\/a> into the 20s. Those presidents include Harry Truman (22 percent),\u00a0Richard Nixon (24 percent), Jimmy Carter (28 percent),\u00a0George H.W. Bush (29 percent),\u00a0George W. Biden\u2019s approval rating began to drop in August when he led the deadly Afghanistan withdrawal that left hundreds if not thousands of American citizens stranded behind enemy lines.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s 40-year-high inflation and record high gas prices have also been a factor in the president\u2019s diminishing approval rating. Polling <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2022\/07\/08\/poll-joe-bidens-economy-dominates-greatest-concern-43-weeks-running\/\">shows<\/a> the economy has been the most important issue for voters for 43 straight weeks.<\/p>\n<p>In recent months, Biden has also come under fire for his cognitive state.\u00a0A majority of voters\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/04\/25\/poll-majority-believe-joe-biden-not-fit-for-presidency-doubt-mental-ability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">believe<\/a>\u00a0Biden is unfit to be president and doubt his mental ability. Sixty-two percent say he is not fit to be president because he is too old.\u00a0Fifty-nine\u00a0percent are\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2022\/06\/30\/59-percent-voters-worry-joe-bidens-mental-physical-fitness\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">worried<\/a>\u00a0about his mental and physical fitness.<\/p>\n<p class=\"css-at9mc1 evys1bk0\">The Civiqs rolling job approval\u00a0<a class=\"c-link x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/civiqs.com\/results\/approve_president_biden?uncertainty=true&amp;annotations=true&amp;zoomIn=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">average<\/a>\u00a0had 223,321 responses tracked between January 20 and July 9.
